Run. Run as fast as you can. I am another customer that placed an order through their site, and paid for the merchandise that I have NEVER RECEIVED.
They say they are just the "host" - nothing they can do. It appears they are "hosting" a bunch of problematic vendors. Go to Etsy - way more professional and won't give you an ulcer.
A couple of years ago, I had a really good experience with ArtFire ordering a UGA Jersey (custom). So I went hunting for them again and although the Jersey I got was made pretty well (since it was custom), I ordered a Men's Medium and it says Men's in the lable but it's clearly a YOUTH size M or a womens XS. They don't seems to want to take it back and they insist I got what I ordered and that it's an Adult size. But the lenght is very short, it's really a child's size. So I'd procede with caution on these guys or make sure your order has room for error. They shipping time was actually good. It was the thing I was most worried about. I paid there higher price to insure it was going to be delievered in a month and it really was. But it might have been worth twice as much to make sure I could have used it. Bummer.
I placed an order with Artfire and after a few weeks of not receiving my product, I started contacting customer service, it took about 6 emails and a lot of anger for someone from Artfire to respond, to just come and say at that time that the vendor I was dealing with was no longer with them. At that time I asked Artfire to reimburse my money since they were responsible because they were hosting this vendor, their response was simply file a claim with PayPal and never absolutely never replied back to me, I sent about 20 emails, theres no number anywhere and no one cared, at the end I ended up with no product and no money. Never again! Do not make the same mistake, this company is a big scam!
Stolen money through PayPal. Don't do it. It looked legit, but never received my product. Then PayPal didn't do anything to remedy the issue. I got scammed for the first time in my life. I thought I was smarter but don't trust anyone. Also don't buy from artfire.com.
I order a roomba, never got shipping info. Contacted PayPal and opened a case. The next day they sent me fake shipping information and an email saying I need to close my case on PayPal. I emailed different emails that were associated with my order and no response from any of them. You can just send your money to me and I'll send you a thank you card at least you'll be getting more than you'll be getting from artfire.
Has to be the worst site to sell on ever. New changes gave the site a whole new ugly look. Impossible to find anything, shops look terrible. Customer service for sellers in none! Ceo is rude, forums are the worst ever. This is the one place to sell on that makes ebay and etsy look like heaven. ArtFire needs to be shut down letting all these scammers make money thanks to them and ArtFire receiving profit from all the fake sales going on here. How do they get paid as soon as the order is placed. They should do like Mercari and not get paid until they have gotten rated. To make sure you did get the items ordered and not a boggus package with medical masks...
Horrible experience, unable to contact, and product is not good. Within two minutes of placing order contacted and asked to change the size. After many emails they reassured they would since order was just placed. Package took forever to arrive and size was never changed. DONT TRUST THIS SITE! Order elsewhere!
Buyer Beware! I guess I should have done a little more research before purchasing from this site. I placed my order a month ago, have contacted the seller several times and have never received a response. I have put in a complaint with paypal and am awaiting my refund.
Ordered online Artfire's website - Graco car seat $76.00. Paid for order through paypal & Artfire received/deposited my money. Never received the car seat. I sent multiple emails - no response. ArtFire sent a false USPS tracking number to Paypal showing delivery. USPS was contacted and they confirmed the SCAM. The USPS Tracking number sent by Artfire or zen23ur had nothing to do with our shipment. Please don't do business with these folks. Nothing more than fraud/theft. White collar crime. Suntrust bank is also investigating them for fraud on our behalf.
If you use this site, contact the seller first. If the seller doesn't respond I wouldn't make the purchase. I made a purchase on June 26,2021 and after 35 days still nothing. The seller has disappeared from the site altogether. I disputed the payment with PayPal and they instantly resolved the issue in my favor.
Scam. They even show a tracking number of some shipment that is not even your address and give it in disputes. Paypal rejected my dispute saying tracking number is given. Even when I said I got nothing, they closed the dispute. The site is absolute fake.
We were looking for an online market for our handmade products and on the face of it Artfire looked good. Not really. There is a 15 day free trial and when I couldn't get any technical help with an issue I canceled. They acknowledged the cancellation and then proceeded to continue to charge the card I had registered with - repeatedly. My bank finally advised me to cancel the card and I did so at great inconvenience. And now artfire is bombarding my email with notices that I haven't paid and have not responded to multiple requests for a refund of the money they charged me after they acknowledged in writing that the account was closed.
I just want to warn everyone from this company... First off I ordered a jersey on November 21st and I finally received in Jan 14th! Upon receiving the jersey has a few snags and the jersey is coming un-heemed. I emailed asking for assistance. The response I got was. It will take another 2 months to get you another jersey. I can pay you $8 to get it hemed up. We have had a lot of refunds we are not willing to refund... Hmm way to take care of a customer. I do not recommend these people this company. I will never buy from them again..
I placed an order for an iPhone case, my first ArtFire purchase. They gave me a tracking number for Indonesia Post and I have no confirmation of shipping in 3 days. Sent email to the seller in the UK, no response.
I placed an order with one of their sellers and when he didn't ship I inquired to find he waited to get my money to buy the necessary supplies. I cancelled the order. He then shipped the order and promised a refund anyway. He lied, no refund and their customer service says ( after 6 months of emails) they can do nothing.
I wish I could have gave them a -5 star rating! This is a fraudulent website. We ordered a Mr Buddy heater from this website back in the middle of May and we gave them a month to get the item delivered to us and we got nothing. On June 16th I requested our money back by email and we received no correspondence back.
This website is totally useless. I would write my whole horrible experience with this company. I request them please refund my money. But my account has been deleted and no refund will be processed. I request to you all please never purchasing from this website. And never open store on this website.

Do not use artifire. They take absolutely no liability for their website, and allow basically anyone With an email to possess an account and when that account rips or scams you they take no liability. They ban the account in other words letting that person who scammed you create a new email in order to continue to scam people. Their support team literally left me a thumbs up.
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
