It was an awesome experience. I found this company online. They made it super easy to find the styles and colors I was looking for. They offer a nice sample option so we could easily confirm the product and color were what we needed. Then when we ordered the beams, the online process was quite easy. The beams arrived in the designated time frame, and they were packaged well and had no damage at all.
Wanted a more eye-pleasing vent for my new workshop and Architectural Depot came through with the perfect custom design!
Easy install after some research and a call with tech support. There are no instructions to download from the web site for this product so as a first-timer replacing support posts (which came with instructions) I was hesitant. I didn't buy the installation kit sold there for that reason but Lowe's had the hardware, proper paint type, and adhesive sealant for extruded PVC required.
What is the 11//16" drill bit used for? This was the only question that I have.
Our Order was correct and everything came quickly before we needed it onsite.
I ordered and received my Moulding which is exactly what I needed. It's perfect. Exactly what I wanted, at a great price. But since receiving my order, i replied to two, (three counting this one) one very recently, emails asking for recommendations for installing the moulding. And I haven't heard back from you on that score. Is there a pdf or video or something available on your website regarding installing the moulding? As a DIY'er It would be so helpful to have some guidance.

One set of shutters were damaged when it arrived. This was replaced promptly without hesitation when they received a picture of the shutters. They stand behind their products with good customer service.
It took several weeks for the order to be shipped. I had to call to get the order processed. Once the order was processed it came in less than week. Initial contact with phone advisor was great. She was very helpful. Looking forward to working with my products.
These shutters look really good. The only thing was one of the slats on a shutter was molded incorrectly. Luckily it was on one of the ones we were using on the second floor window.
