The screws arrived within the timeframe we were given, and they matched our shutters perfectly. The new paint and shined up shutters look absolutely perfect with matching screws! Once again, thank you very much!

It wasn't clear to me that this product was plastic. I still plan on using the product but it was somewhat of a let down when I received the box and noticed the items were plastic and not metal. I was expecting a thin gauge aluminum metal...not plastic.
Overall experience good...phone order was very helpful and seemless. I didn't see an option or order screws and now have a need for them as the plastic locks don't work well with my project. A better option would be to have the option of choosing locks, brackets or screws be shipped with the shutters.
