We ordered a bath and the item had been packaged in such a way that the bath panel was completely kinked over the bath on the pallet, meaning that when the panel was removed and pulled out back to its normal shape, the kinks split, leaving us with a split in the bath panel.
I emailed Aquabliss explaining the situation, provided photos of the damage and the way it had been packaged prior, and requested a replacement bath panel. Well, I have never been met with such obstruction by a company and extremely bad attitude both over the phone and on email. Basically, because we were unable to provide a video of us unpackaging the entire pallet, with the delivery driver standing there, they refused to believe us. They were a broken record, consistently stating "the damage wasn't there on delivery".
The bank agreed a chargeback based on our evidence as the product we received was faulty, to which we were threatened to be taken to small claims court by Aquabliss. We regrettably up paying the full amount to settle the matter and are now left with a bath with a split panel, which we will have to try and conceal and hope the split doesn't worsen as we get in and out of the bath!
As a comparison, we have dealt with several companies to source our bathroom and have received a few damaged items. We reported the matter in exactly the same manner as we did to Aquabliss, the difference being is that the other companies rectified the matter immediately, collecting the damaged item and replacing with a new one, meaning I will shop with them again. I will never ever use Aquabliss again. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
Worst customer service ever.
THE worst company I have EVER dealt with. The customer service is appalling, the staff are rude, talk over you, don't want to help, they just want your money! I've saved a long time for a nice bathroom suite but my sink had a chip in it which they refused to do anything about. My husband and I didn't work so incredibly hard for a damaged product and no way of replacing it.
From what I've read online and on Facebook this company is run by crooks - wouldn't surprise me if the 'excellent' reviews given on here are from the company owners!

Super fast delivery ordered at lunchtime and shower tray arrived next day. Had a bit of a panic as we were let down by another plumbing supply company. Highly recommend - the tray is now fitted and looks excellent ready for the tiles.
Purchased 1200mm Motiv basin unit along with other bathroom furniture.
The Motiv unit is the one that I have a problem with as it hasn't lasted
Aquabliss now sell this unit with a 15 year guarantee.

The drawer units are not sealed around the edges so if there is any spillages or anything that's the end of it.
The water gets into the mdf which then swells.
After that the laminate on unit cracks.
Unit doesn't look very nice once this happens!
Spoke to customer services about it and sent emails, at first things looked positive and they were going to look into it for me.
I had to chase a couple of times as they said they was waiting for a response from manufacturers.
It then took over 3 weeks to get manufactures response and they said it was impact damage.
It's clear from the photos it's not impact damage!
Spoke to customer service again as I wasn't happy with response and they fobbed me off with manufacturers details that were incorrect just to give me the the run around I think.
Then spoke to them again and they didn't want to know!
Be warned that their customer service is extremely poor if you have any problems!
I certainly wouldn't use them or recommend them to anyone now which is a shame as we was really happy with how our bathroom looked when it was new!
Excellent customer service, even after I queried the price. Arrived a day latter than promised, but guess that's to be expected at the moment. No breakages, well packaged. Looks stunning now it's all fitted.
Great service all the way through. From our very first contact right through to completion everything was handled professionally. Despite the ongoing pandemic we were kept up dated with the whole way through the ordering and delivery process.

Bought bathroom taps, shower & accessories. When I ordered I knew an item had a lead time. Was kept informed by email & phone of the progress, even phoned me to inform me the stock was arriving the next day & would be sent straight out. Items arrived on time & well packaged. I had a problem with a couple of items being faulty (manufacturing errors, not Aquabliss fault). They responded immediately to my email on a Friday, and the replacements arrived by courier on the Monday. Could not ask for better customer service, and prices great too.

Interesting to note the different names that i dealt with, compared to those in older reviews. It the names i have been given are legit, this would indicate they are a shoddy company that can't keep staff ( or the staff have a conscience and cant continue to lie as they are instructed to do.
In turn, I was lied to by Susanah, jordan, rob, and johnathan. Not to mention the mysterious T Lawrence who was to undertake a full investigation and get back to me! They all gave plausible excuses and apologies and promised it was on the van for next day delivery.

My experience echoes that of several reviewers here. No goods arrived. Eventually they said the courier damaged them but only after I contacted them via CHAT. Their telephone lines don't work apparently... they state a constant technical problem. I waited in again but no goods arrived and no details of the courier we're give at any point. Now I have received an email saying they've stopped trading and I'll have to apply to my payment company for a refund as they won't refund themselves. It sounds to me like I'm unlikely to get my £360 back. Don't waste your money on these scammers!
