I ordered a vent from Appliances Connection 39 days ago (!), with the promised delivery date slipping week to week, with the only explanation being that delay was "due to the manufacturer." I spoke to their reps twice over the last couple of weeks who assured me that it would absolutely be in to them by a date certain and then shipped out to me. Those dates have come and gone like all of the others over the 39 day period. Completely unreliable. Do yourselves a favour and stay well clear of this company.
I ordered a whirlpool dishwasher on feb 23 was told it would be delivered in 7 to 14 days.the shipping company appliances connection uses (am home delivery) never updated the shipping information. So when i called them they told me that they only go to my area every other week. When i called ac and got on a three way call with the shipper both ac and am home deliveries assured me it would be delivered on mar 18. I called to find out an approximate time and was told that now it would be between mar 21 to mar 24 and could not give me any more information. So now im awaiting a refund. This company and their shipper has very poor communication. If you want prompt service you might want to look elsewhere.
Recently, we had to rid of our home depot stainless steel appliances; they would smudge/smear all the time. Worst buy my family and I could have bought. Thank God we were able to look online here at appliances connection and find good deals on appliances that not only makes the appliances affordable but they are easy to clean.
I bought a refrigerator from Appliances Connection. AppliancesConnection sold me a hose that was not necessary, and then their contracted "White Glove Delivery" service damaged the refrigerator trying to install that hose (rather than the hose provided with the fridge). Their "White Glove Delivery" service damaged my property during delivery and then forged my signature acknowledging Proof of Delivery, thus lying that the refrigerator was delivered in working condition (it wasn't) and without damage to my property (which was a lie). They also left all packaging sitting in my house rather than hauling away, inconsistent with how they advertise their service. I have spent hours trying to reach them by phone and work with their claims system. Every time I call they say they'll respond today but they never do. Buy from refrigerator somewhere else unless you like getting lied to, people forging your signature, damaging your property and the purchase, and never resolving the issue.

Don't buy from this company. Their return policies are horrible, they do not let you cancel the order even if it is out of stock and their customer service will give you a run around for price match and returns. Horrible Horrible experience.

Long stressful story short, it has been over six months now for them to evade any responsibility for defective products they sold and delivered, even though it was reported at the time of installation and within three days of delivery. They now ask me to get it resolved with the manufacturers directly with absolutely no shame. No wonder they only get two starts on BBB. Check all the reviews, not just here.

Would not recommend doing business with this company. Needed a quick delivery and they advertised one of the quickest. Apparently that only means they will move it from their warehouse to a third party shipped where it will sit for two weeks. Tried to cancel and they stole $350 for the cost of "shipping". Customer service is terrible. Would not do business with this company again

I just places a complaint against this company that, for the second time, charged me and never delivered the washer and dryer I ordered. They were very unresponsive to all my calls and emails and, instead of solving this, 1 month later, they said they will refund me. I lost 1 month and numerous hours on the phone and they want a clean slate by doing a refund. Well, I encourage everyone to write a complaint at their local Attorney General office against the company, this is the only way we flag companies like this and hopefully force them to rectify their service or get out of business. You can also place a line against them since they did not owned up to their services. This will keep them from ever getting government money. I will for sure do that.

You may save money but it is not worth it. There was a problem with the appliance we ordered and I spent many hours on hold trying to resolve the issue. I shipped it back on my dime and still no refund or resolution months later. Nightmare.
I recently ordered a few kitchen appliances from here and their website was great. It showed all available rebates along with links to them and they had links to install books and user guides! Their selection was excellent and the prices with extended warranties and no shipping and no taxes were better overall than all others. The appliances came within a week and they were factory boxed and sealed. The delivery crew was from a local area where their truck from New York delivers to, then the locals take over to bring them to your home. Very professional and courteous.
I was hesitant to use an online appliance center but now I must say that I will always go this route in the future.
Ordered 3 GE Cafe appliances March 3,2021. As of Dec 28,2021, still not completed. Spent 0ver $6000! Website description of product untrue - Convection/Microwave was just a Microwave, no convection feature. Delivery and Installation was terrible, damaged appliances, and dangerous installation! Customer service started off helpful, but dropped off the face of the earth. BEWARE!

Will not refund for delivery of broken product. Package delivered with damaged product inside. And missing pieces. Customer service said they would arrange pick up by FedEx and refund my money. This never happened now they are making excuses of filing a claim first. Their claim has nothing to do with me and should refund my money. I have not heard from them in two weeks

I regret my purchase of a Viking stove from Appliances Connection. Victor, the Sales manager I have subsequently learned, sold me this dual fuel 30 inch Viking stove without informing me of the electrical requirements that would need to be in place for the "free installation and haul away" included in the order. Their associated trucking company AM Home service left the stove in the dirveway. Trying to call Appliances Connection Customer Service - 12 times in the course of an hour and was never able to reach a person. I provided my number for call back. No call back. Completely disreputable company. Buy from any other store or you will regret it.

Range and dishwasher arrived damaged during shipping, it took months to get replacements sent and when they finally arrived, the dishwasher was damaged worse than the first one. Requested a refund, but they only provided a partial refund due to it no longer being a package purchase, which was of course their fault. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery service, unclear policies - just avoid this company. Better to spend a bit more and go with Best Buy or whatever.
I have never experienced dishonesty from a company like this. I ordered a commercial washer for my business 8/29/22 and the order status showed that it had shipped for weeks--it not only has never shipped but did not exist! After many calls to the company I was first told it didn't ship because it was damaged (yet they never notified me), then that was corrected to be it was discontinued--and they have never refunded my money! I have had about 12 calls with customer service people, including a supervisor, who assured me my refund would post by 10/28/22 4pm EST and guess what? No refund. I even have emails showing that my refund has processed. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I recommend never doing business with this company!

"I bought a dishwasher on 11/29 that showed to be in stock and received an email with in stock/ready to ship notice. 3 days later after not getting a shipment notification I called and found out they were out of stock. They would have inventory on 12/22 and offered 4 to 7 day shipping and a reduced rate on a 5 year warranty. On 12/20 it shipped, two days early, only to find out it has an eta of 12/30. On 12/30, if never arrived so after 3 phone calls and 50 minutes later I learn it is still in transit to a terminal 11 hours away. They said they are hopeful it will be here on 1/4, but I doubt it. Be careful of customer service as I got different stories of what was going on."
Purchased Dishwasher and Installation. Three weeks, told DW was out of stock, so they sold us an alternative. Delivery date... truck driver did not use truck route but instead of correcting his mistake, he blew us off and didn't deliver. A week later, delivered and badly installed. DW would not turn on. Delivery refused to take it back and left us with a bad machine and took our old one. I insisted that they give us back our old DW and take back the bad one, and they refused. I refused to sign. Driver threatened me. We called police. We called App Connection, told our story, they claimed no responsibility for quality of installation and delivery guy's behavior, even though we paid AC directly for delivery and installation. They said they would send a truck back to pick up the bad DW "when it's in your area next", but we haven't heard from them nor received the refund promised. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I finally received my order four weeks after ordering on June 1, incorrect responses to my queries regarding order status and multiple conflicting emails first stating the item would ship to me directly from the manufacturer, then to their warehouse first then to me, then from the manufacturer direct, ect., etc., etc., about 10 in all. And the charge your credit card within 24 hours of your order, regardless of when or if the item ever ships, which is a very poor policy. Stay away from this company!
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
