I was susceptible, to good to be true. They were on the up & up. They had to shop for a long time 6 weeks then it was here. My wife is so happy. That's what counts. Site appeared to advertise 3 day free shipping. Thanks to a holiday and shipping from Brooklyn to Los Angels, it took 11 days.
On the plus side, Appliance Connection kept us well informed with multiple emails and phone calls apprising us of the status of the order and shipping. Also taking away our old appliance for $1 and installing the new one for less than $100 were good deals.
Appliance is as advertised and working perfectly.
Please see my review from 06/08/17. If you look at the "flood" of 5 star reviews for this company, you will see they lack detail. The generic nature of the reviews with ecstatic customers reporting entirely ordinary experiences smacks of fraudulent paid reviews. Notice how the positive reviews happen within a few days of each other, use similar wording and appear disproportionately positive compared to the experience decribed.
Now read the negative reviews and you will see they contain specifics and appear to be written by real people with genuine customer experiences.

We found this desk at a local furniture store that was having a huge sale. However it was backordered 2 1/2 months. After extensive research online, the only dealer that matched the sale price was appliancesconnection.com. I will always check with them before purchasing appliances and furniture!
Appliances Connection is by far the worst internet buying experience I have ever had. I ordered a Summit wine and Beverage Cooler from them in early December 2016 as a Christmas present. The week that I was expecting delivery I hadn't heard from them. They list the order. Didn't respond until mid-January and I finally got my unit in late February. The unit stopped working in July. After much back and forth, no-shows for service appointments and 2 technician appointments at my home, Summit claimed the unit couldn't be fixed and refunded the money for the unit back to Appliances Connectionin February. Summit provided us with a copy of their credit memo to Appliances Connection. I still don't have my money back and it's June. Appliances Connection claims they credited my card back and that my bank has my money. That's not how it works and needless to say I have filed a fraud claim. Interaction with customer Service has been terrible. Limited ability to communicate in The English language and repeat requests for info they already have to delay the process. Steer clear of Appliances Connection!
Very shady company. Paid express delivery bought 6 items only received 3 after a month. Then another one after 45 days. They don't know what happened to the other two. They won't even publish my reviews on their product because they are not good enough.

I just got some of the furniture for my PC and for the working station and it was just amazing as the staff was amazing, and they deliver the product at the exact time and i didnt find any scratch or any damage on my furniture, the experience was upto my mark and this shows that they take care of your product and deliver it properly. Bought a dual zone Summit Wine Fridge to match the 2 I already have. Wrong Model Received (one door instead of 2); called back the next day and the person found the model I wanted, the price happened to be identical, so the guy said there is no cost to me; sent me a return authorization form which I promptly returned; sent me another email confirming the exchange with the new model #, I replied and confirmed.
Received an email from their order department and assumed all is good. Nothing happened for few weeks, sent a query to order department for status update no response. 2 weeks later called and spoke to the same person, after a brief review, he said "I sent you email to confirm but you didnt; I gave him the specific date and time I responded (about 12 hours after his email), he found it; after 45 min conversation with few holds, he responds by saying the return policy is 30 days, but I called back the next day after delivery, I have email communication with you within one week of delivery; after another hold he said there is a $365 restocking fee; but you never mentioned that and specifically sent me a return form showing I owe zero $; another hold, he came back with a reduction to $150 but now for shipping; I disagreed; after hold its now its $125; spoke with a supervisor who was not interested in the history and told me among other things: I dont care about your prior conversations... this is our policy...
We are a small company..."why are you hustling us; after 15 minutes of aggressively telling why Im wrong, the supervisor hung up on me.
I was very impressed with the whole process. I was informed through every step of the order. I received it as scheduled.
I was uncertain as to this unknown website that I was looking at. I was in the need for an apartment sized freezer (frost free unfortunately wasn't an option). I was very pleasantly surprised with the results! The freezer is just the size I needed. The delivery was within a week as stated. The delivery man put it right into my front door for me. If I need another appliance I know where to go.
I bought dining room chairs from this company in February, it is now Nune and my issue is still not resolved. When they arrived 3 of the 4 chairs were damaged, after paying a significant amount I wanted the damaged chairs replaced. They offered me a very small amount of money back instead of replacing them. We have had to send pictures of the chairs and packaging multiple times and still have not gotten anywhere. Never again will I buy anything from this company and I do not recommend unless you want a big headache!

I waited 2 months for my furniture to arrive. However, service reps were very attentive to my concerns, and always have a timely response. Even though it took long to get my furniture, I paid less for it than I would anywhere else.

I recently purchased a sofa from Appliance Connection and my delivery has been pushed back 3 times. The first time was just seconds after I purchased it. I called them to see what the hold up was and they could not gave me a real explanation. I really really do not recommend them, unless you really don't care when you get what you purchase. Still haven't received my order!

I was told my refrigerator was shipped 5/26 and due to be delivered 5/31. Turns out it never even left the warehouse and when the delivery company showed up to pick it up 5/31 AppliancesConnection couldn't even find it in their warehouse. Now I'm told its been found and might be delivered in the next week or 2. Support is useless and promises to have a manager call back but I still haven't gotten any calls. Avoid at all cost.

Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
