I would give this company a zero! They sell damaged seconds. Charge you to send it back if it's defective. Scam and horrible service to try to get a remedy. Don't buy from them if your trying to save a few dollars! They don't stand behind what they sell.
Hooked up via a different service, but good price and the shipping speed was fairly fast. Customer service kept tabs on me fairly often on both ends, ensuring things were goign well.

Not only arrived our cooktop broken, then it could not been replaced in time, I had t ship it back on my own cost and then I get not refunded the amount I paid for. We lost out on an Rebate on top of that. So I would never ever buy from them again! Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare.

After finding the model of washer and dryer we wanted in a local store we found the best price and delivery rates through Appliances Connection. We also ordered the coordinating pedestals to have the machines higher off the floor.
After receiving our order confirmation, it turned out that the pedestals were on backorder so our shipping date was delayed/pushed back. We received communications often on the status of our order which was nice but the ship date continued to be pushed back. Eventually, there was one pedestal and so, upon our request, the machines and single pedestal were shipped to us via a trucking/logistics company. The logistics company worked with us on a delivery day/window and called us with a 15 minute advance warning and came at the beginning of the delivery window.
Upon unpackaging, the dryer showed a little damage that resulted in the corner of the side wall panel being slightly bent. The delivery people called in to the company and upon confirming that we did not want a replacement we received a small discount/refund and AC gave us a 10 year warranty on the appliance for free. We were also given the option of contacting them if the damage did in fact effect the operation of the appliance and receiving a full replacement.
Since then, we received confirmation that the second pedestal is now ready for shipping but are still trying to make arrangements for the delivery because we had travel plans and are not at home to receive the second delivery.
Overall the price was the best and customer service really did make every effort to take good care of us and work everything out.
Ordered a Bosch dishwasher from them. Was 2 weeks late getting here from delivery date quoted. Inspected it on delivery and looked in good shape. When took styrofoam off to install it there was a big dent on each back edge and into the tub inside hidden behind the styrofoam. They tried to blame the trucking company. Explained to them that the outer box, the plastic and the styrofoam was all in perfect condition. That the dishwasher had to have been packed that way. I ask them to send me a new undamaged one and pick this one up. They would do that if I paid them another $175.00. I told them I was not paying to have a damaged unusable item sent back. When I called again and spoke to the owner who said his name was * he said to never call or contact this company again. I have contacted Bosch, the Brooklyn better business bureau, and the New York attorney general and have put a dispute in PayPal but so far nobody has been able to help me. Wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered. Expensive lesson learned since I am stuck with a damaged, unusable dishwasher.

The ordering process went very smooth and their customer service department kept in touch via email until the product arrived. When the product did arrive it had been packaged poorly leaving the product damaged. Appliances Connection worked with me to come to a resolution.
DONT DO IT! STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE! Think you found a good price on an appliance from Appliances Connection? RUN THE OTHER WAY and buy your appliance from anyone other than these clowns. Despite their professional-looking web site, this is a shady outfit that will try to deceive, cheat, and scam you at every turn. Whatever amount you think you will save, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
Their website ALWAYS states the items are "in stock and ready for delivery" when they in fact are not! Once they have your $$$ things change

We bought a high-end washer and dryer set from this company and in the end we would've paid double to use another company. It's too bad that I can't give them 1/8 of a star.
You will see from all the reviews that people give appliance connection, they are deceptive, unreliable, incompetent and lie about delivery of items that are supposedly in stock. You may eventually recieve your item that you ordered, but it will either be damaged or up to three months delayed. They will keep you on the hook constantly by giving you promises of shipments and blaming delays on shipping companies. I honestly think that they buy damaged products from manufacturers and try to pass them off as new items. They then try to convince you to keep the damaged product and pay you for some of the damage. You will also see, from reviews, that people do not ever get their promised compensation for the damage. Run as fast as you can, despite the temptations of saving a few dollars. If I added up all my time, emails and phone calls spent on appliance connection, I could've been picking beans in a field, been paid for my time and paid full price for one at any dealer.
I ordered a table over a month ago and still have not received it. Every time I contact them they tell me it has already shipped and will not give me a refund. Last week they even went so far as to generate a UPS tracking number, but UPS said the item was never shipped. Most businesses charge your Paypal/Credit Card when an item ships. This company withdrew my money immediately and never shipped the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM BUSINESS!
I wish I had read a review first before I made this purchase. I may have never gone to them. I purchased some online patio furniture mid June and was very excited to enjoy it for the summer. The first email told me to expect it in 2-3 weeks, which I was satisfied with. Almost a month later, still no patio furniture. I called a few times and they reassured me it was on its way. Finally, when it never arrived after a month, they told me the shipping company was responsible. They thought they didn't have the whole shipment and it never got shipped.
I decided to cancel my order even though they promised it would come in another week. I didn't want a week to turn into 2 and 3. And, quite honestly, summer is going by without any patio furniture.
I called and canceled the order after they tried talking me into keeping it. A few weeks later, I get another email and it looks like it never was even canceled. I have no refund and the status unknown. Again, very frustrated and disappointed. I called again, hoping this would be the last time. Apparently, the rep never followed through with my last call and I didn't issue a refund. Hopefully, I will this time.
My order sat in their warehouse from the order date (7-12-17) till 7-26-17. Now, 7-31-17, it is still sitting at the trucking terminal, hasn't even started my way... someone in upper management needs to be fired.
I ordered a tub on May 1. It was finally delivered on July 24th. It was damaged when delivered, but wasn't evident until the plastic was removed beneath the styrofoam. They originally appeared to be cooperating to help me order a replacement unit, but I realized 2 days later my credit card had not been charged. I called and Richard was abusive and accused me of dragging a 200 pound tub in my yard. (It hasn't moved since delivery) to cause the damage. Then when my husband called he lied and said that I had told the sales associate that my contractor had dropped it. Then threatened to charge me 30% restocking fee to order a replacement. I am so angry! I have filed a BBB complaint. Do not order from these liars and thiefs!
I bought a fridge from them: Summit FFBF181SS
Delivery took longer than I expected ( eg 2-3 weeks). During removal of the old fridge, their mover lost the grip of the hand truck and the fridge fell down my concrete stairwell, causing cracking and about $1000 of damage. I contacted AC several times and didn't get a response. I left a product review and it "magically" never appeared.
The fridge itself is below average. Lots of ice in the back wall, uneven cooling ( items in the back of the fridge freeze all the time. The magnetic seal on the freezer works randomly. All this from a "top end" fridge.
I paid half the price to get another fridge at ikea and it works just as well.
Ordered a portable AC. No problems with purchase or delivery. Hope to do business again. Purchase quick and easy. Delivery on time.
Ordered older GE Profile microwave that was available on website (replace about 5 years old microwave) so that I could use old trim kit. They sent newer model without informing me so by the time I noticed the change was already in the delivery system. Was told it would fit old trim kit, it does not. They did give me price of old microwave on newer model. They would allow me to send back but I must package and get to UPS in perfect shaped then wait for refund. I asked that instead of sending back they give me a discount on the new trim kit equal to the cost of shipping item back. They denied and said I can send it back. Will keep the microwave and find trim kit locally. I used them because item available would work and was willing to wait, but otherwise would have just looked around locally for a new microwave and trim kit.
Horrible customer service. Don't get me wrong, they've been very courteous. But not helpful in the least. We received an AC unit that did not work. The fan is completely froze up, it's missing pieces, etc... We'll be hitting the 30 day mark in 3 days and it has yet to be resolved. They told me to re-package it and wait for 24-48 hours so they can get the RGA and schedule a pickup... that was over 2.5 weeks ago. All I get are updates on my ticket every few days saying, we haven't forgot you. I guess that's what I get for not ordering from Amazon. We've since had to purchase another unit from somewhere else. I'm out $365 on a unit that doesn't work and not happy about it. Would never recommend them.
I purchased a new washing machine from AC and the purchasing process was very easy, efficient, etc. Initial information indicated that delivery would be made in about 5 days. Although AC sent several e-mail up-dates about my order and delivery status, I had to follow up with both them and the trucking company to get a specific delivery date, which seemed to be vague right from the beginning. The item was finally delivered 12 days after the order was placed (the 4th of July occurred within those 12 days).
I was finally given a date and a delivery window of from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Delivery took place at 8:55 that evening, but the promised "hour-before-delivery" phone call from the trucker never happened. The washer was delivered to my front steps and was in perfect shape. One other thing that was a "turn-off" was all the fine print in the delivery confirmation e-mail regarding all the extra charges that would be incurred by the buyer if "this, that and the other thing" were not followed. Nonetheless, the washer is hooked up and working fine. As a postscript, while I saved a fair amount of money purchasing it thru AC, several of the big box stores put the same washer on a 4th of July sale at the same price, with free next-day delivery, and free removal of the old washer. Bottom line, I saved the sales tax.

Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
