Refrigerator water filters are expensive. Being able to buy a 6-pack at a per unit price far lower than individual filters, was helpful and appreciated. Quality OEM filters as listed. Fast shipping.

Scammy business

Lying to me over and over again about shipping. Would never deal with them. Called 3 times about shipping and said yes it was going out tomorrow all three times. Then an email would come saying waiting for item to be sent to Warehouse.

First they claim sale ends 11:59pm that day, trying to force you to buying quickly. Guess what the next day it's still on sale and now ends that day. I actually believe that is illegal. Next they say 'Available', which implies they have it and they had a ship date of about 3-5 days, which I also read to mean it will be delivered in that time. Well guess what, it hadn't even been shipped form the manufacturer to them at that time, and when I emailed them 3 days later to find out the status they still had the same ship date even when they told me it was going to be a few more days before they receive it. Well Friday comes around and it gets delivered to their warehouse, okay I'm thinking it could go out today, maybe over the weekend and if not Monday for sure. Tuesday evening at around 5pm they create a pickup request for the delivery company to get it. So now it's Wednesday afternoon before they pick it up and it's still sitting in their delivery terminal to go out on Friday morning with a projected arrival date a week on Tuesday, from New York to Florida. The customer service people were not great, almost implying it was my fault as it didn't say 'In stock' rather than 'Available'. They mislead to try to get you to buy, yes they may be cheaper than some other options but if something is broken and you need it replaced, don't shop here. 2 weeks and it's still not on the road to be delivered, it will be more than 3 weeks by the time I get it. Hello, have you heard of Amazon!

Well after about 10 days I called the shipping company as they hadn't delivered the washer. They told me the order was on hold and I had to call the company and wouldn't say why. It turns out that because I wrote my review and gave then a low rating, they weren't going to ship me my washer. They essentially told me I had to either cancel my order or change my review. I was so tempted to cancel but now the washer was a $100 more expensive so I did change my review. Not only are they dishonest but they have the worst business practices I've ever come across.

Stay away!

Purchased a sectional couch from them. Was going to buy from Wayfair and found cheaper here. Delivery issues and received Friday they gave me a quick inspection and left in a hurry as they were late. Got help to carry in yesterday and the wood structure on the left arm side is snapped. They don't believe it's their responsibility. Offered me points for future purchase as if?!

STAY AWAY! Check the BBB BEFORE BUYING HERE! This company took $900 of my money in July for a vanity. It's now October and no vanity! After numerous delays and inquiries to customer service they finally said they'd be delivering the product on 9/18. Their site says it was delivered to me on 9/28. It wasn't! We received nothing! They even reached out to me for a review of the product after it was "delivered." I contacted the furniture supplier directly and they also had a notification that I'd received the delivery. They also informed me that they'd been receiving other complaints about Appliance Connection not sending customers their orders. When I researched further and got a copy of the tracking slip it had written on it "No Freight Reveived." My vanity was never even on the shipping truck. This company is now lying to me about the status of the order and stating that it was delivered but not to me--to another shipping company (Insert eye roll). I've asked them for a refund 5 times to which they've responded that they will cancel and only refund based on the return policy. The BBB shows MANY similar complaints from other consumers. My freight has magically disappeared and they want to take more money from me to cancel the order! Completely fraudulent and disgusting! I warned Appliance Connection that I would do everything I could to alert other consumers to stay away from them and to get suppliers to stop distributing through them if they did not issue me a full refund. They had their chance to rectify this situation. 3 reviews down-37 more to go!

Any good reviews about this company were purchased or dumb luck. First thing they do, even before they ship the item, is offer a 10yr warranty if you do an on-line reviews that day. Besides that, here's my experience.
1-During the purchase process on 8-28-17 they estimate a 9-6 delivery.
2-Immediatley after the purchase is finalized, it changes to 9-14 (+8 days).
3-You have no choice but to use their delivery company. I find out later, they don't service my state so they send it to a third party delivery company 360 miles from my city. We get dozens of LTL shipments to the national lab near my home and they choose a delivery company 360 miles away?
4-Shipping finally calls me and offers a date (9-20)--one of two days that week I can't make. They promise to call me back with one of the other 3 days that week or all the days the following week. I never get a call back.
5-After attempting to contact shipping the next week with no response other than "we'll look into it", I contact ApplianceConnections customer service on 9-23. (Try not to laugh)-- ApplianceConnections responds by e-mailing the exact same general customer service e-mail account I had been using. I immediately tell them I want to cancel, they ask me to wait 24 hrs.
6-After 24 hrs (9-24), no delivery date. After 48 hrs (9-25), no delivery date. On 9-26 I finally get a delivery date of 10-4 (if you're counting, that's 30 days after their original estimate).
6-Again, Wednesdays are not good just like last time. I can arrange to have someone there after 2:45pm. I get boiler plate responses from both appliance connections and their shippers (delivery between 1pm and 3:30pm) and they could deliver it a week or two later (so maybe +37 or +44 days?). I know how LTL works (I just requested it dumped at the curb) but I'd think with such tremendous delays and weeks without responding they'd conform slightly. I guess not.
7-finally cancelled and was offered a partial refund. Partial. No wonder this company gets such horrible reviews.

HORRIBLE DELIVER SERVICE!

Appliance Connection their third party delivery service is HORRIBLE! Oh, did I say HORRIBLE!

First delivery: the driver of delivery truck drives like a maniac.
Second: they take your appliance out of the box in the middle of the street where they park their truck.
Third: they THOW your appliance on the hand truck in any fashion... so your appliance end up being delivered with scratches and big dents on them.
Forth: When they brought our dented LG washer into the house they purposely hid the dent against the wall so we wouldn't see it and ran out of the house.
Fifth: When we ran out of the house after them, they jump into their truck and would not stop (Very very Shady business)

Second delivery after 2 weeks with a washer because we were we had to order a brand new washer and the driver will pick up the dented one when the new one is delivered. Oh, by the way we had to send several pictures and go through lots of trouble to get them to pick up the dented washer they delivered due to their fault and pay an additional delivery fee.
Today is deliver day, we told them we will be home between 5-7 not 1-7. I was told to call on day of deliver regarding my 5-7 delivery time so they could dispatch the driver. When I call like they told me to, they told me they can't do that and furthermore they ask "who told you that". (Frustration... really), Answer: "YOU, Appliance Connection told me to call, that who". OK people out their reading this review. You see how this is going, bottom line I'll NEVER use Appliance Connection again and I highly advise against them. Go anywhere else... Anywhere!

Hopefully a resolution

I wrote a poor review of Appliance Connection on September 16. I had gotten Summit to send me the parts for repair but Summit said Appliance Connection was responsible for the cost of the labor. I let Appliance Connection know that is what Summit told me and it looks like Appliance Connection may be arranging the repair. Hoping maybe the the broiler and regulating unit will be repaired finally. I'll let you know.

Bad experience

First order did not go through after 8 days of waiting and then it took another 7 days, a total of 15 days to get AC Wall unit delivered. 28k BTU. AC casing was damaged and was not happy with this experience.

Horrible

My experience with Appliance Connection has been really bad. They lied on numerous occasions. I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive it. They repeatedly gave me untrue information just to string me along. For instance, "Your items are in stock" and will ship out immediately. I placed my order Aug 30th and today(Sep 15th) I am still being told my washer and dryer are in transit. Expedited shipping per their site for in stock items 24hr processing and 7-10 days delivery.

AppliancesConnection appeared to be a bad choice for dishwasher purchase. The item was delivered very late (we needed it before a certain time) and then when we received we couldn't claim the promoted rebate anymore, because that had expired. That made us really, really upset!

Sadly AppliancesConnection proved to be a bad choice for us to purchase our new dishwasher.
The dishwasher arrived 4 weeks late. When it did arrive, it was damaged in several places (Dent on the top, wheel was broken, water valve was loose).
I decided I could live with the dent and the wheel as long as the dishwasher functions ok. So I paid the installer and half way through the install, the issue with the lose water valve was discovered.
At this point, we put the old dishwasher back and I contacted appliances connection. From here it was poor customer service. They put in a replacement which took another 2 weeks, they said they would discuss compensation once the replacement dishwasher arrived, but once it did, they were not willing to compensate me for the costs of installing the damaged dishwasher (let alone the inconvenience).
My recommendation would be to stay away from this company. Very disappointed.

Had a terrible experience with the delivery company:

1. Delivery window was 3-9pm
2. They didn't show up until 10:30pm
3. They were irritated and in a rush and so were we.
4. Woke up in the morning to find that in their haste the delivery company damaged the machine and my newly constructed laundry room.

The machines are big and awkward so I wasn't excited at the prospect of returning them. I chatted with Wellington at Appliances Connection who was eager to help me remedy the situation. It took a little longer than I expected but Wellington was able to work with me to right the wrong of the delivery company. Would definitely shop here again knowing that if anything goes wrong their customer service will back you and work with you to fix the situation.

Plus my machines are awesome.

A wonderful experience

This was the first time ordering a major appliance online and I can truly say I was very happy with the experience. I received a call 2 days prior to it being delivered with a 5 hour timeframe which was fine; then received a call from the driver himself saying he would be at my house in 10 minutes. When bringing the refrigerator in my house they were very considerate of not banging into anything. Thank you.

Paid more the $400. For a stove that they never delivered and they will not give me a refund despite several requests. "Customer Service" is abusive and swears at you/ calls you names - honestly, have never had a worse experience with a retailer. STAY AWAY!
