I just ordered a Miele dishwater. G4998Vi That is when my night mare begin. The model is called Panel ready, I didn't realize that this model does not have a panel. After I put in the order, I called them up to ask about installation because they send me a detail responsibility guidelines for lawyer to read. The lady told me I did not order any installation kit. It was not obvious on the website that an installation kit is needed. It also did not mention what is the meaning of panel ready
The price without the panel sounds reasonable, but I have to order another panel $290 they make the total price much higher than other companies.
The order was shipped on Sept 12, arriving Sept 24. The installer did a sloppy job. They left all the debris on the floor, without cleaning up. I ordered a removal package to remove old dish washer but they left the big box with wooden frame in it, which I wont fit in my garbage can. I requested Appliance Connection to ask the Transportation co to, come back to pick it up, They have not shown up yet!

Ever since the Miele dishwasher was installed, my hot water dispenser and faucet pressure become very low. I finally figured out, when the installer install the dishwasher, they turned the warter valves to only let a small amt of water to go through. After the installation, they never bother to turn back the valve to the original position. What a terrible service

I regret Buying from this co.

Placed an order for some furniture. I waited over a month and never received anything even though their website said shipped for 3 weeks. I then canceled the order with them and they would not refund the entire portion of my order. They kept $150 because they said that the item was shipped. I never received any products or tracking info other than a webpage saying it was shipped. I looked them up and the shipping company they use on BBB website and they both have horrible reviews. NEVER EVER buy from them! Do your research.

We ordered a GE range in July, with delivery in approximately two weeks. By the end of August after many hours of calls to Appliance Connection, calls to their delivery company, broken promises, etc. we finally had to file a dispute with our credit card company. It was only after they found out we filed this dispute that they made any sincere attempt to complete delivery. After significant inconvenience and more calls and documentation, we finally received our appliance in mid Sept. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM APPLIANCE CONNECTION! Service individual were usually rude and contradicted each other on deliver. Blamed issues on their computer systems and other lame excuses. Worst buying experience we have ever had!

I ordered a portable dishwasher. I was never notified of ship date, arrival date, all my instructions were ignored, it just showed up one day. Door damaged so that it wouldn't open, making the dishwasher unusable. They want me to either pack up this 100lb+ item myself and send it back, or take a $70 refund and receive a replacement panel but I would have to figure out how to remove the broken one and make the repair myself. I believe this item was damaged from the beginning and they're trying to force me to accept it.

Not happy

I ordered five range hoods 2 months ago because they had the best price and said they were "in stock". Still have not received them and can get no answers from the company as to when I will receive! Is this even a legit company? Buy local!

After waiting for 3 weeks for a delivery of a 20 inch stainless steel gas range and 20inch stainless range hood, the range was delivered but it was significantly damaged, deemed inoperable and had to be refused. Since I need to purchase another one locally (can't wait another 3 weeks to get an operable range) I am unable to use the stainless range hood as 20 inch stainless ranges are not available locally. Called the company and they were extremely RUDE and said I need to pay return shipping on the hood since it wasn't damaged. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Very dissatisfied. Won't ever purchase from them again... not that they care.

Appliances Connection essentially scammed us out of hundreds of dollars. We were charged but received no services or product. We ordered a washer & dryer set to be delivered to our apartment but they called last minute to reschedule delivery dates 4-5 times. Each time the driver was "on their way" but would not be able to deliver and install the product. We had paid extra for installation. Each time we called to reschedule we asked them to make sure someone could install it and we were told that issue was corrected. It never was and it appeared they were never going to be able to make delivery. We canceled the order after we could no longer repeatedly take time off work to be home for no delivery. We were still charged "shipping costs" with no proof that anything ever shipped. This company is at best incompetent, and likely dishonest. 0/10 do not recommend.

Horrible delivery

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I have ordered coffee table 6 weeks ago it was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago, i got tired and wanted to cancel it and they said they will charge me 180$ shipping fee! FOR WHAT? Waiting for 6 weeks, they are so rude, shoe goes like you might wait even 6 months, but since it's in transit you will be charge me 180$. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I spent a lot money on their website, they have no respect for customers, so ruuuude. For each item i was waiting at least 1 month to be delivered, but 6 weeks this time is really too much. Infact according to tracking number it was supposed to be delivered 15 days ago and shipping company must be responsible for shipping cost, but they are taking their side. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT WILL TAKE FOREVER FOR DELIVERY!

Order Processing Time

It took 14 days for my order to process and shipping is estimated at another 7-14 days for delivery. Although the website is easy to navigate and not doubt the prices are the lowest on the web, as for customer service not as friendly as one would expect in that position. In my opinion I would rather pay more and receive the item in a timely manner, not 28 days later... Really. I will not be ordering again.

This company is an absolute joke. Do not buy from them! Ordered 7 appliances July 6th 2019. First delivery they forgot the stove and extra ice maker on the delivery. ALL other appliances came damaged. Sent one back. Accepted other four with minor damage. After hooking up found out the damage wasn't so minor as the dryer made a thud sound as it spun. Went through hoops to try to get that replaced. Just got a new delivery of what we thought were the missing appliances and replacements for damaged appliances. Stove and ice maker were not on truck again. Called company and they said yeah we knew they weren't being delivered.' Even though they show as shipped and on delivery. The remaining appliances were again damaged! Bought extended warranties on all appliances and the warranties have to be registered within 30 days of purchase but we have no appliances to register and now past the 30 days. Depending on which customer service agent you get... could be rude, doesn't care, etc. And they charge you per appliance for any item you need to return after accepted. Would give them no stars if it wasn't required to give at least one.

Deplorable

We ordered a range from them, it took 3 months to arrive and when it finally did, it did not have the finishing we wanted. We contacted them to assist us with replacing the knobs as it was pictured when ordered. We were responded with, sorry we cannot help you as our disclaimer indicates that your purchase may or may not be as described therefore you are S. O. L. THIS WAS VERY DISSAPOINTING as it was not a cheap stove not to mentuon the lenghth of time we waited for. After purchasing other items frkm them we would have hoped for a solution. They are just in the business of making a sale without any responsibility to what is advertised! So if you purchase something from them, be assured that they will not help you with installation or assistance of anykind. Highly dissapointed

Very uneven customer experience, and I never got my order.
They had excuses for 3 weeks why an item sold as in stock on my sales invoice was not available, and then not received, and in the end they said that it was damaged in shipping. Garbage. I went to efaucets.com and got great customer service, assurance the item will ship tomorrow, and only 10% more than Appliances Connection price - which is worth nothing when they cancel your order without notice.
There's plenty of other places to shop.

Appliances Connection demands I pay half the cost of a replacement after reporting an internal defect within 30 days of delivery. Even the repair tech they sent out told us there is no way we could have caused this. Apparently Appliances Connection holds you responsible for expert inspection at time of delivery.

Their communication is completely non-existent and when you finally do get in touch with them they are surly, rude and unhelpful. We ordered a washer from them, it doesn't arrive on the day it is supposed to... the same day I took off work so I could meet the truck. I have to call THEM to find out it was damaged in transit and needed to ship a replacement (why wouldn't they just tell me this!?). Over the next several weeks of trying to get it delivered they jerked us around every way you can possibly imagine. We'd schedule a date for delivery, they wouldn't show up, we'd call to try and get a new time set, they'd say they were going to get it to us on this day at that time so we'd shift around our schedule and plans to accommodate that... then out of the blue they'd change that and either a)not contact us at all so we'd be waiting around for nothing or b)we'd get this idiotic robo-call on some random other morning saying they were coming that evening (no clearing that with us or advance communication, they'd just change the date and you'd get a robo-call in the morning... too bad if you made plans for your Friday night!) The most infuriating part of it is that the robocall thing says, press 1 to confirm, press 2 to speak with a rep... so I pressed 2 and I get a voicemail "sorry our office is closed blah blah blah". What a disaster of a customer experience.

After weeks of this we told them to keep the washer since they could not follow thru on their delivery. They were given notice that if they did not credit the card the amount we paid that we would pursue fraud charges against them. Now it's over 2 weeks later and they still haven't refunded us so we've filed a fraud claim against them.

USELESS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE

I am not one to write negative reviews, but this has been THE WORST customer experience of my life. Not only was a charged a shipping charge when Free shipping was advertised, but then I received the item WEEKS past the date I was supposed to receive it. Each time I called, I was treated as if I was a bother and had done something wrong. Finally they told me that they were changing warehouses and all of their orders and tracking numbers were lost. I was told I would contacted again. That contact never came. When the sofa arrived, it was Mangled and CRUNCHED beyond repair. I called the number for damaged shipments and that number was OUT OF SERVICE. I am stuck with a broken sectional that I have to have hauled away.

Terrible terrible experience ordered my dishwasher a month ahead of time to ensure it would be here for my kitchen remodel needless to say were over a month later and I have a remodeled kitchen with no dishwasher and they refuse to do anything to fix the problem when I call customer service I get bs answers basically blaming everything on the trucking company when it didn't even get to them for three and a half weeks.

Thank you refunding my "installation" charge to my credit card since your truck monkeys didn't do what I paid you for.

As your "professional installers" suggested, I will do it myself.

Just to me clear... don't put me down as a reference for your installation or customer service.

1. Took two weeks to get out of your warehouse when you "had 3".
2. I was told in writing it would be delivered Tuesday between 10:30 and 2:30.
3. My Mother in Law was told on Monday that it would be Wednesday instead of Tuesday but between 10:30 and 2:30 and the drivers would call us an hour out.
4. On Wednesday at 2:28 and no phone call, I called you who called the truck. They said they were "running late" and would be leaving 30-45 minutes and would call.
5. They called 20 minutes later and said they would be there in 10.
6. I arrived 30-40 min later and they had already left a washer in the middle of the bathroom with my 85 year old Mother in law who told me "well they said you could install it!"
(Nothing was said about doors or anything else... just that I could install it.)
7. I called you and you called them and you called me back saying "they didn't really give a reason why they didn't install it" and "they will come back either Friday (today), or tomorrow." Mahogany from your customer service wrote and said you would send someone out.
8. Then, today, You send me a letter that said LOOK at the PICTURE (never was a picture), and the doors need to come off before they hook it up. Funny they didn't say that when they were there or anything about that when you called them on Wednesday.

You never sent a picture. I don't think they took one and why didn't they tell my Mother in Law that they didn't know how to do it without the door off?! Their story is BS and they know it.

9. For Customer Service, you aren't very good at Servicing the Customer.

10. PS, One guy (me), with zero experience installed it in 30 minutes without needlessly removing any doors.

Lazy Idiots.

Oh, they did send me a note that they would send me a refund for the work they refused to do... sometime.

Fail to supply
June 26, 2019

Badly needed cook top item by July 1 I placed my order in MAY/2019. Aft6er placing order in early7 May/2019 I was told cook top was out of stock but have "several hundred" incoming. I Gave them my AMX card number and was told ship end of month. Called June 8, man said out of stock samo samo "have several..." ship June 21. Called 24 June/ 2019 said my order cancelled on 23rd and not able to supply cook top. They do NOT keep records of calls and have NO IDEA hat is happening. They are mindless untrained voiced that tell you anything to get you off the phone. Their 1000$ sale item just cost me 1896$ to get what I was promised by them.

Everything seemed okay, except item hadn't shipped in over a week. When I called they said they were going to have to charge me an additional $200 for shipping, because they didn't have anyone coming to my location. Seems pretty shady to me. Don't waste your time and energy here. Pick a more reputable company. Don't believe me? Look at their BBB rating.

Buyers beware
June 17, 2019

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to warn unsuspecting potential customers. I went with them for about $5,000 in appliances twice due to them having commercial washer and dryers I wanted.

I wanted to believe the problem was the shipper like they said, but they did me dirty twice. "Lost" shipments twice and poor customer service taught me a valuable lesson. It was not worth the heartache. Stick with your local big box stores or commercial distributor. Service and deals are infinitely better.

These guys aren't worth the headache. I'm STILL waiting on being credited for product that I never received after two months.
