They sent a $3000 bedroom suite that was broken and marred, but they would not take it back because I had not opened the boxes in front of the delivery drivers. Well, the drivers took off after two minutes of unloading the furniture, so how could I? Then they refused to let me return the furniture until I had been arguing with four different managers for over three weeks. To add injury on top of insult, they charged me almost $500 to take their broken garbage back!
They can't and don't stand behind the products they sell. Very difficult to work with, and it's not at all clear to me how they could possibly have such a high rating! Twice I've needed help with the dishwasher I bought through them, and twice they've been of no support or assistance at all. Even if you have to pay more, buy that appliance from a local connection!
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Where to start... lies about when items would be in stock and ship, lost an actual appliance that we waited on for months forcing me to call the manufacturer of the product several times to have another one shipped out to them, then damaged the floor delivering the range (and damaged the range too) and refused to reimburse. The customer service is the worst of all time. I'm convinced the reviews are fake at this point. I'm now forced to try and take them to small claims court to recoup the money.

We ordered multiple products from appliances connection.com. All of them were delayed for months and the ones that we did receive were damaged. We still haven't order that we have not received and it is being delayed again. We reached out to them multiple times to cancel and they want to charge us $150 just to cancel our order even though we have ordered things from them in the past. Customer service was incredibly rude and just put us on hold so long that we would have to hang up every single time. Can't believe they would treat customers this way. *******

The delivery of the two plumbing items that I purchased was significantly delayed so on 9/13/'22, at the company's suggestion, I agreed to split my order. Within two weeks I received both items, shipped on 9/20/'22.
About a week later I received an additional Tub Filler Rough-In Valve ($296.71) that was shipped on 9/26/'22. Thinking this must have been due to an office or shipping mistake, I inquired about returning the item at the company's expense.
Unfortunately, the company's representative insisted that I had ordered the second Rough-In Valve, even though their own documentation proved otherwise, and would not pay for its return.
Due to some health-related concerns, I was slow to follow up on this issue and was recently informed that it was now too late to return this unwanted valve. Appliances Connection has excellent prices, but due to their extremely poor customer service I would never order from them again.

Be forewarned! Yes, their prices are great but if your appliance is damaged on delivery, YOU have to pay to return the damaged one to get a replacement! What kind of service is THAT? Who ever heard of such a thing? Its only a great deal if there's no damage and you don't have to follow up for any reason. The trucking company didn't even contact us to schedule the delivery, so when no one was home, they left the stove in the street, and now we're being charged to return the damaged one.

Ordered in stock dishwasher 1/2. They don't update their website with hopes to capture sales. My order even showed item waiting on the loading dock for pickup. Than showed shipped, now they tell me the order was never picked up and the item won't be in stock for another 5 weeks. Furthermore never offered any correction for their false representation avoid this company like the plague!

During delivery of our appliances their "white glove" delivery company caused significant property damage and refused to honor the claim. They broke several whole in the wall and destroyed a brand new hardwood staircase causing damages in excess of $17,000 dollars.
We had the misfortune of buying a Miele dishwasher from them. It did not work when installed and would not drain. First they told us we could not return it, and no replacement was possible. Then they said we could ship it back at our own expense and they would consider a refund. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced- rude and unhelpful. Their "white glove service" is a joke and left our kitchen a mess.
Beware of partial shipments. They will send you a non-essential appliance such as a microwave or dishwasher, then cancel or tell you that your other appliance is on back-order. The return policy is 30 days from delivery. Guess what? Too late. The appliance you wanted is no longer available and you are a stuck because it is way beyond 30 days. I cannot recommend this company.

I ordered an in wall air conditioner from Appliances Connection in December 2021. After I sent multiple follow up emails, the air conditioner was finally delivered June 2022. Was told it was supply chain delays. I'm ok with that. But when the delivery company showed up and simply dropped it off on my doorstep, I was frustrated. I called Appliances Connection and the rude representative's only response was that she would credit me back the installation fee. I told her I didn't want the credit, I wanted them to install the air conditioner as promised and as prepaid for. Still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service, terrible communication over the 6 month wait, and poor job subbing out their delivery service. Would not recommend.

They are leveraging the current logistical problem to use a "bait and switch" tactic. They list popular, hard to find items as available and process your purchase even requesting you to fill out a delivery questionnaire before they regretfully inform you that through no fault of their own the item is "temporarily out of stock" and they had no way on knowing the stock of their vendors but they "DO" know that several other vendors do have less popular, more expensive options available right know and they even have a list for you!

I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. Multiple lies. Installers with no tools. Goods arrive damages with no way to reconcile. I have never ever had such problems with anyone. And I am not the type of person to leave a bad review. BEWARE!

We ordered handles for our custom panel fridge and were sent two different handles. I went to return them as soon as we got the second handle since we needed the handles to finish our kitchen. I have been told I need to pay for return postage and write a letter and jump through many other hoops to get my money back. Wow, I will never buy from Appliance Connection again. If it was my fault, I would be fine paying for return shipping (about $60-80 due to their size), but it was their mistake. Stay away from Appliance Connection!

Easy purchase transaction. However fedex was the shipper and it took them 2 weeks longer than projected to deliver the item. Also their tracking app repeatedly gave us drop off times and since a signature was required we had someone at home ready how ever no package would arrive as scheduled. A complete waste of our time. We have the product now and the quality is fine.
Very shady company. Paid express delivery bought 6 items only received 3 after a month. Then another one after 45 days. They don't know what happened to the other two. They won't even publish my reviews on their product because they are not good enough.
Bought a bathroom vanity from this place. Took nearly a month to arrive and was damaged when it did. Nearly a month later this 300 lb item is still stuck in my living room while our credit card company tries to fight it out with them. AC does not stand behind product guarantees and expects their customers to handle all return shipping. This has been by far the worst online purchase ever. Look at the reviews before even considering this place. Sure, you will save money, but what good is that if the products are of no use!?
Ordered a dishwasher May 19 th. Kept getting delayed eta's to their warehouse. The latest one was June 21st. By the time I actually get the thing it would be 5 to 6 weeks Minimum! Don't mind waiting 2 maybe even 3 weeks but this is ridiculous. Won't ever order from here again no matter what their price is!
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
