It's too bad that Appliances Connection offers a warranty. I don't care if it's not their warranty. They offer it so as far as I'm concerned they own it. If your appliance fails don't count on it getting repaired any time soon. Our first repair took six weeks before it got fixed. Now my refrigerator completely died in less than 2 years. I call the warranty company and they want to schedule an appointment five days later. Total BS!
Bought a washer on 12/08/16. It was not delivered until 12/20/16. It was installed the 21st. Within 30 seconds of first turning it on, it began leaking all over and flooded into our basement. Plumber confirmed it was a defective machine. They refused to refund or even exchange because we plugged it in, it was considered "used.' Stated they would repair it! I will spare you all of the ugly details but it has been an absolute nightmare. We still have no resolution 60 days later. Have spent over 300 dollars to get laundry done. They could care less. They will not return calls. Insist that the only option is for them to repair it. I really think this company is a scam and knowingly sells defective appliances. I wish I had read the reviews before we decided to purchase from them.
This company should not be used, ever. They are incapable of coordinating deliveries and today, on their second attempt after the first one was damaged, I sit around for three hours and finally call them. They then inform me they'll have to reschedule as they "didn't load it on the truck".

Well if you didn't read my review below just trust me when I say don't use these crooks and by locally. The headache you will save yourself is worth it. I still haven't heard back from the company on my third appliance that was damaged then sold to me. There is no way that the moving company did all this damage delivering my appliances. Appliances Connection is buying damaged products then reselling as new. It's obvious when the boxes aren't damaged but there's major damage when you open it that it's been repackaged. They won't stand by their products and you'll never hear back when you confront them on it. STAY AWAY is your best option. I've called and emailed like they said to do but you know the drill. Just eat the $800 dollars for a dishwasher I can't use.

My experience included buying multiple of the same model refrigerator with a delivery date of 3 weeks on line to then see a delivery date of an added week upon checkout. But the reality was the product didn't even exist any long and was out of stock when we purchased it. They were probably hoping we'd take the ‘new' model with a different brand name. Nothing but a bunch of lying, two-faced idiots. If you see the name "harold" on replies to these reviews... well guess who this is... Harold Lane the owner! Don't put up with their BS, filed with FTC and BBB and your State Consumer Protection. You'll see how fast they want to ‘make it right'.

Don't trust this company! They said professional installation included... didn't happen. Company installed an appliance that was not compatible with our kitchen. Then our 30-day warranty and exchange expired because we were waiting for service team to find resolution. Very big disappointment. Spent big cash and got zero service!

Their website lies. It states the appliances are in stock. It took 2 months to get delivery. They delivered my oven to someone else. Charged me for it. Then delivered a week later. No response to phone calls by them or shipping company. E-mail help line was slow. Delivery company guys look like inmates on work release.
Asked for shipment to be delayed and they insisted on shipping and I got an email saying "Shipment data received - pending pick up" when I was out of the country so I wrote to cancel within 10 minutes. They only returned $290 on a $499 stove. I contacted them at least 10 times in the last 6 weeks and no one can explain why they violated their own policy of 10% restocking fee. Awful customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Purchase side was well done by web site and initial followup communications were extensive. However, once it became obvious my appliance was going to be delivered WELL outside the promised time window (5 days after the 6 day promise window at purchase) then the communications went silent and I haven't heard from them since!? The delivery promise is simply a lie - if your timing is important don't trust these guys...
Appliances Connection demands I pay half the cost of a replacement after reporting an internal defect within 30 days of delivery. Even the repair tech they sent out told us there is no way we could have caused this. Apparently Appliances Connection holds you responsible for expert inspection at time of delivery.
Product availability, rebate information, and "Authorized Dealer" information listed on this website is misleading and/or false. Good pricing, but don't count on getting your item delivered in a remotely reasonable time after they've already charged you, actually getting rebate money back, or having a full manufacturer's warranty.
We ordered this tub in April, and now it's almost June and we still have yet to receive it or a tracking number. When we placed the order the website said that it was in stock and would be shipped quickly, but unfortunately they misled us and it's been an absolute disaster trying to get this shipped. We're building a house and literally waiting on this tub and it's such a waste of money having it delay our project. Would highly recommend contacting appliances connection before making ANY orders to confirm how long shipment will take, or simply buy from someone else. I'm sure the tub will be great when we get it ( I certainly hope so) but our experience was terrible.

Very straight-forward...driver carried it to the front door, and wifey asked him to just bring it inside a few steps, as hubby was not home. He did precisely that, and we all lived happily ever after.
I ordered five range hoods 2 months ago because they had the best price and said they were "in stock". Still have not received them and can get no answers from the company as to when I will receive! Is this even a legit company? Buy local!
Our order was easy to place and was shipped well without any issues. Although if you need fast shipping this may not be for you because it did take a bit longer to arrive.
We are happy with the couch we ordered. Fits nicely in our space and is super comfy!

The Appliance Connection web page ad indicated the dishwasher would be "shipped" within a couple days. I obviously thought that meant it would arrive at our house in a couple days. Instead, it turned out it would be *at least* 2 to 3 more WEEKS for delivery.
I considered that to be unacceptable and requested that my order be canceled just a few days after I ordered it. Even though the unit was still sitting in a "Consolidation Center" in New Jersey and had not moved off the lot and had not gone "in transit", they considered it "shipped" and invoked their draconian penalties for returns ($1.50 per pound), which turned out to be $196 (18% of the total purchase price)!
Most companies have a 100% money back guarantee. But NOT Appliance Connection! Read the fine print before you buy!

Very uneven customer experience, and I never got my order.
They had excuses for 3 weeks why an item sold as in stock on my sales invoice was not available, and then not received, and in the end they said that it was damaged in shipping. Garbage. I went to efaucets.com and got great customer service, assurance the item will ship tomorrow, and only 10% more than Appliances Connection price - which is worth nothing when they cancel your order without notice.
There's plenty of other places to shop.
Purchased items on 7/28 today is 9/16 still waiting for shipment. Appliance Connection customer service is extremely poor/non-existent for the most part. They take no responsibility for the shipment/delivery of your product. Would NEVER recommend or do business with them again!

I placed an order on Aug 8th for a Miele Dishwasher that said in-Stock and available in the Google Ad and website. I screen shot both for proof. Nov 6 and I still don't have it. On 10/24 they emailed tracking yet the item has never actually shipped in last 2 weeks. They didn't actually stick these products and make false advertising claims, false delivery claims, all which violate FTC 30 day drop shipping guidelines and laws.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
