They will NEVER let you down!
January 5, 2021

I have been using this company for many years. There are SEVERAL reasons they deserve 5 stars. Very easy to look up your parts by part number OR model number. Very easy to find any technical cross referencing information. There is always a knowledgeable staff member just a phone call away in case you have questions that need answers before or after ordering. I can go on and on and on! Thank you A R P!

We ordered two replacement parts for a stove, which for one clearly said "Number in stock - 1". We ordered immediately, because this part is hard to come by. The "checkout" clearly said the part was in stock, provided a ship date, and then proceeded to ask us to pay. Which we did. Fast forward about two hours, when we get a shipping confirmation email showing only one of the parts had shipped. I immediately jumped on the support chat, who proceeded to tell me "Since the website listed as one in stock, there's always the possibility that it can be backordered". I replied that in no way whatsoever did you website anywhere say that before I had to pay, and we needed to cancel, and a refund on the one part that was shipped (one was useless without the other). After some unbelievable back and forth on the chat, they agreed to cancel the order (once they notified the warehouse and the warehouse confirmed), and once I received a return slip from them for the other part. I'm not expecting any of that to go smoothly. I'm sure this is a legit business, but I feel extremely taken by them on their deceptive website/sales.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're always striving to improve our customers' experience, so we appreciate your feedback. I do apologize for the inconvenience this mistake caused. It was never our intention to deceive or scam our customers. When there is only one of an item left, it is possible that someone else may purchase it first while it's in your cart and the system won't update in time to show you before you make your purchase. Again, I am very sorry for the trouble this situation caused.

Website gave a part for my LG stove - ordered that part. Installed and the part did not work. Website said that was the correct number however when old part was removed - numbers did not match. Replacement number was not compatible - now seems like a bait and switch. Received an email saying they would not refund because part showed signs of installation. Seriously? I order a part to replace a part and you don't expect me to try and install it? The computer panel had 4 screw holes and that would have been the only part used for installation along with the plug to connect to the stove. How do I install it without using the screw holes and plugging it in. Disputed the charge on my credit card. Stay away from this company!

I apologize for any confusion. Our return policy (https://www.appliancepartspros.com/customerservice/returns.aspx) does state that returns will not be accepted on, "electrical parts that have been installed or showing signs of installation or scuff marks." Once they have been installed, they are no longer considered in new and resalable condition, and we cannot resell them, which makes them ineligible for refund.

Website is misleading. Lists parts not compatable. Makes you pay to return because of their error. Horrible customer service, rude snarky. Except for M. Bondi. Only saving grace. I have done business for years without problem until NOW. Will not subject myself to this abuse again. They are entering into a rippoff business. Should advertize on facebook. Chinese ripoffs are better than appliancepartspros. You have been warned.

I purchased a part for my refrigerator. It cost about $130 plus shipping. They sent the wrong part. I returned the part in perfect condition, same packaging, never used or even taken completely out of the box and I paid for shipping. After several weeks of waiting for my refund, they only credited me $25. Not what I call good customer service. Just be aware that their return policy is not user friendly.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
August 20, 2020

I paid extra shipping because their website said delivery in 1-2 days (and it still does). I ordered on a Wednesday, but the tracking info said delivery would be on Monday of the next week (got here on Tuesday). Started return process on Saturday before arrival and went to local parts store and got part. When part arrived, it the wrong part, so I asked if they would reimburse shipping. They responded that it was Samsung's fault. What? TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Wrong part
August 13, 2020

I picked the part based on my refrigerator manual. The exact part. What was shipped to me was NOT that part. Now I have to pay shipping both ways to get my money return. So basically a partial refund. Definitely ordering from someone else.

WHAT SERVICE
August 9, 2020

On June 10 we ordered 2 control boards for or stove because they said that the parts were in stock and would be shipped the next day. Two days later we receive an email stating that parts were on back order for two more weeks. On June 27 we receive another email saying that it would be another two weeks before they would receive parts, 5 days later we get tracking number for one control board and other board still on back order. FED EX tracking showed part picked up on June 26 then it went into never never land finally arriving on Aug. 3 by USPS. Wrong part with circuit ribbon missing and second board still in never never land. No stove for over 2 months I ordered from them because they said that they had the boards in stock. Finally called and ordered the parts from Repair Clinc and should be here in another week. WILL NEVER ORDER from this company again. Thank God for a microwave oven and outdoor grill so we could cook our food.

I ordered a part on Saturday for my dishwasher. Within an hour of ordering it, I was able to fix the one I had. I called customer service, but, despite being during the hours on the website, the office was closed. I then sent an email through their "contact us" portal asking that the order be cancelled, again, within an hour of ordering.

I received a notice that the a shipping label was created for the item today. Understanding how shipping works, and being fairly certain that the item had not actually shipped, I called customer service to cancel the order. Customer service told me that the item had already shipped, despite my calling within 5 minutes of the label being generated. They also denied locating my email sent on Saturday.

When I asked if I could just return the part, I was told that I would have to provide the model number and serial number of my dishwasher. I fail to understand how a serial number of my particular dishwasher could be necessary for returning a part with a part number. I am not even sure it would matter whether or not I actually had a dishwasher. The part number is the part number.

Well, they successfully collected $17 to have an unhappy customer. Strange business model.

When you have no clue what your doing on a DIY do it yourself repair, its nice when the website actually directs you to just the part you need and has a DIY video that makes it easy and is also 100% accurate to what you will experience when doing the job.

I can't recommend this company any more than this. They should get 6 stars. Super-fast, even during Covid19 and everything spot on. Not to mention the best prices I seen -though price was not my first consideration this time. Information was.

Thank You AppliancePartsPros.com for doing business the old-fashioned way~!

Do not order from this company. They don't secure items in plastic and my item came with missing a critical part to enable me to not use the machine for 3 extra days due to having to go to home depot during covid19 crisis. Company then refused to give me partial refund for their incompetent packaging which box was damaged allowing nut to full out of. I will be posting on every site I can. Order from repair clinic or other company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY IT WILL DELAY YOUR APPLIANCE FIX.

Do not order from this business! They will not stand behind returns. I returned and CANNOT get a credit for damaged parts! They literally told me that they do not check in parts when they arrive - so how are customer supposed to get a credit? When I contacted them they asked me for the tracking number so that they could verify it was returned - are you kidding me?

Bad Service
March 11, 2020

I received my part broken, called and spoke to service. They asked for pictures and said they would make it good. Nothing happened I called by 3 weeks later they lost my pictures and the person no longer worked there. They wanted me to start over. I have been without a stove for 2 months. Very bad service.

Prices are fair shipping is fast. The problem happens if anything needs to be returned. They will tell you 7-10 days. Then 7-14 days and finally they will tell you they don't know when. I highly recommend using paypal so if an issue arises you can get your money back.

Easy order verification and they fail, all they need to do is pick up the phone to verify an order and they fail at that. If the management at this company can't figure out how to expeditiously process new orders, just think how they fail in other areas. I placed my order with another company, who I called and they answered quickly and were very helpful. While APP did call me back for verification ( an hour or so later) and did follow up with emails, I suggest going elsewhere.

To management, your emails stating that my order was possible fraud should be improved simply by allowing a phone number that is streamlined to an order processing unit. Your emails lack anything other than calling your main number, not even what option to press once a customer calls. This is a fail. Why not call the customer? Why not provide a order line just for customers who have placed orders needing verification?

I applaud you for using a live help feature, that worked fine and your agent got me to the right part. But your inability to detect fraud orders effectively is making you loose money. My order was not on a VPN, it was from a static IP from my home state and even address. I used an email I have had since 1994. You need to invest in software/backend order system that allows you to analyze orders effectively, if you flagged my order I'm sure you are flagging way to many. Most companies like Stripe even have it built into their system. So there's no excuse. You are operating your Internet Business like it's 2001.

Ordered 2 parts by Chat. They didnt help much on getting the right prt. I needed 1 part. They suggested I needed 2. 24. 00 each plus 14.00 shipping. $14.00 shipping should have been no more than $5.00. Then found out I only needed the one prt as I suspected. They would not pay return shipping. So total postage cost me about $20.00. They did repay me $24.00 for the returned part. I wont do this again with any company.

When you need a part quickly, don't order from this company. Their website stated priority 2-3 day shipping for a higher shipping rate. I needed the part asap so I paid for quicker shipping. Part didn't even go out until over 24 hours later (during the week) and is going to take a minimum 5 days to reach me (if I'm lucky). Customer service would NOT refund any shipping costs and could care less about my frustrations. Their email stated 1.7 days average for shipping but now it's going to take at least 5? I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Epic FAIL
November 26, 2019

I ordered a part for my washing machine and then paid for next day service so that I wouldn't have laundry stacking up. When the parts arrived it turned out to be a box of JUNK PARTS! I called customer service and sat on hold about 20 minutes before I could speak to someone. When a real person got on the phone I had to explain to him that I literally got a box of junk to include used rubber gloves and other trash but not the parts I ordered. I spent an hour on hold and they were more concerned about the shipping. He kept telling that my package was delivered today. And I kept explaining yes it did, but it was a box full of junk and not the part I ordered... after about 10 minutes of conversation and being placed on hold multiple times for almost an hour in total... they finally refunded my shipping and re-ordered... then they asked me to HOLD ON TO THE BOX OF TRASH FOR 30 DAYS IN CASE THE WAREHOUSE NEEDS IT BACK!?!?!?!
