Appliance parts pros suck!
I placed an order on 11-21-21 & paid $20.95 additional shipping expecting my order to be delivered within 5-10 days which for most retailers is a normal amount of time for delivery. Once my order was completed, I was notified that my order was "expected" to be delivered over a month (12-23-21) after my order date! I was not notified of this until after my order was placed and in route and I tried to track it. This is absolutely poor service. As it turns out, my $20.95 shipping fee is FedEx "Smart Post." The way this works is FedEx handles the initial handling of the shipment then eventually hands it off to the United States Post Office for delivery completion.
When I tried to track the order in detail, this is what was uncovered:

It would appear that my order was "trucked" back & forth from Fresno to Chino several times by FedEx before it was handed off to USPS at which point, I was no longer able to track my order because a USPS tracking number was not provided!
When placing the order, these were my shipping choices:
FedEx "Smart Post@ $20.95
FedEx "2nd Day Air"@ $44.45
I suspect that had I chosen "2nd Day," it still would not arrive in a nominal amount of time. Oh! And bye the way this is AppliancePros' delivery disclaimer:
