Twitter is again the most recent app featuring dangerous rhetoric which has again made schools and being employed at a school dangerous. A right wing ahole superindent of Oklahoma schools posted violent rhetoric about school librarians in Tulsa and the result was a bunch of anti LGBTQIA mindless drones masquerading as human beings sent in bomb threats. To librarians. What about the children they are supposedly worried for? Do they actually think it wouldn't be traumatic and potentially dangerous and deadly for the children if they were to actually set a bomb off at a school? Why are these companies so set on unraveling our society? For money? Is that all that matters to Apple? I'm sure the majority send their kids to private schools. But their kids still have to try to make their way in life with the rest of us. No matter how hard they try to create a world for the wealthy separate from you and I. These companies owe us. They owe us safety. By leaving these dangerous platforms, who do not care about regulating themselves, they leave the entire world vulnerable to violence which is only going to get worse. Isn't it bad enough?

Horrendous

If your phone breaks and you want to sign into another device they make it impossible because you cannot sign into anything without a code sent to your broken phone. TERRIBLE system they have.

During this crisis many companies have been able to ascend above it all and help those in need; But one company will never try to help anybody, even during this crisis. They will only cause more strife and issues for everyone during this disaster. It doesn't matter who you are, they hate everyone the same (but that's still a form of prejudice). That company is Apple! Apple has closed all of their stores down, in addition to their customer service is less than pathetic, and that's being generous. After talking to multiple "customer service representatives", they send an email for me to reply to, for an answer (that I might never receive), just for me to give the same information I already did multiple times. How is that in anyway Customer Service? Everything that they're doing is making me hate that disrespectful company, that I previously gave thousands of my dollars for their products in the past. I never want to buy another Apple product of any kind. I guess it makes sense their entire system is anything but customer friendly and now... so are they. With all the hoops they make us jump through because they are incapable of lifting a finger to help anyone in need (besides stock holders and millionaire's). I have to say this much and I hope everybody else agrees, Apple does not deserve any of our business ever again. What we have to do is get rid of it, go to Android, go to Google, or anything else besides Apple, because they are the issue. They are trying to make this pandemic last so that don't have to do squat and still get our hard earned money (for some it seems to be less and less every day). Anyone... Everyone... Just think about what companies have been there during this tribulation, if you have a brain and believe the same as me, close down every single Apple account you have, disconnect every phone and buy something besides these Satanic, Destructive and Cataclysmic Apple products. Let's get rid of the one pandemic we can. They only try to make what we are all going through, worse for everyone. We need to stop it before it spreads. Apple must die.

I've used Apple MacBooks for 19 years without problems. Since the rollout of Catalina, however, it's been nothing BUT problems. I paid for AppleCare, and that was another waste of money.

I have always been a huge supporter of apple products (I have a macbook 2011, iPad, and iPhone), but recently I have been questioning my support. I've always loved the macbook because of it's simplicity to download and listen to music. THAT is the main reason I buy apple products.

Now, my iTunes does not have the available updates to sync my iPhone to get my music. When I bought my new iPhone, I was so worried about being able to get my music back. After countless hours (about 8 hours of work) I got everything on iCloud, and was told multiple times by apple employees that it would be easy to get my music. Just "plug the phone into your computer" and I'd get everything synced right away.

One: My phone does not sync with my laptop now because my phone is so new, and my computer is so old and it isn't "capable" of getting the new updates. So now I have a phone with all of my music on there, but I can only listen to my songs over Wifi because my phone won't sync!

Two: Apple employees knew this, and didn't tell me. They took advantage of me and just wanted me to buy a new phone.

Three: I am not going to be an apple customer anymore if I can't use iTunes. And I'm not going to be pushed into buying another laptop when mine is still working OKAY. It isn't great, but I don't have the money to buy another, GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEAD!

Four: Now my phone randomly starts trying to download my music over LTE, which is using all of my data! It will only do this over LTE, not wifi. Fishy? I think so.

Thank you for tricking me into buying apple products that CANNOT be compatible! I am not a happy customer.

Poor customer service

I have been an Apple supporter and buyer for many years I have all the Apple gadgets. That being said I am very disappointed recently with their customer service or lack of customer service. Everything is very rigid and you have to adapt to Apple. There is no way to give a negative feedback and only through Apple's feedback service which says your feedback will be dealt with and you won't be contacted. What is the point of filing a complaint if you won't get the respect back from Apple to deal directly with you on this issue. To get refunds from Apple Store for Apps that they offer it's all automated and fixed to limited reasons so personal circumstances aren't dealt with and you won't get any reason why your refund is rejected other than it's part of their terms and conditions. The chat always push you to having calls with customer service senior advisors and some try and help but again others just say sorry read our terms and conditions. This is against the entire remit of transparency and consumer laws in Ireland. For example in Ireland you are entitled to 14 day cancellation for any service and that includes purchases in Apps and a full breakdown of what you bought. This didn't happen and Apple customer service refused to hear me out or file a detailed complaint calling out their non compliance with Irish and EU law. Today I was offered randomly for a previous purchase of Apple Music for 6 months. I spent hours trying to get this sorted even had to contact my bank and the issue is with apple but again they say they want me to waste more time and have a senior adviser deal with matters via a call. So again limited to what Apple wants. The service and products to be honest or Apple have reduced in quality. My Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is very disappointing as well. At this stage I am
Thinking of selling all my apple products and moving to Samsung. Honestly it's disappointing how rigid Apple is in nit even allowing you to file complaints that will actually be dealt with.
