Few problems throughout the years with my apple products, but always able to be resolved quickly in apple store
The process of buying the system was straightforward. Upon installation, the setting up and cataloging of the inventory was easy with minimal support required. On the occasions I've had to phone support, I have found them to be helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying an Epos system to give Epos Now a try.
