Poor service
August 25, 2019

I bought a new iPhone three months ago. The battery overheated and died. I have gotten SO much runaround from so many Apple customer service reps. And still do not have a phone. Obviously Apple does stand by their Products. I have been using Apple products for many years and as long as product is working all seems fine until one needs service. Strongly leaning away from Apple products because of this one experience and reading the experience of others with service issues.

I don't want to have to sell a kidney, or my first born child o be able to afford Apple products! How about you guys bring the prices back down to earth where the rest of us humans live so that WE can afford them too?! I promise you, you would sell SO much more. It's literally just stupid how much your products cost.

Apple I hope you buy a new iPhone and limit the functions of your old iPhone.
My son uses Samsung, and I use iPhone X, we have the same mobile network supplier.
We are eating dinner, my son's Samsung phone has the Internet signal, but my iPhone no.
Also, when I use Laundry software and shopping software, sometimes does not work too. I have to call my son to pay for me. When I go to the apple store and let them check. They will say my phone no problem!

Apple is the best
August 3, 2015

I'm almost in love with Apple. The iPod i got 3 years ago and that I've used almost every day (when working out or taking the bus or whatever) still works perfect. I've dropped it several times, accidentally poured my drink on it, it's been outside in minus degrees with me and it's still perfect. Amazing product.

User-friendly products

I'm an user of Apple products since 2010 and had only some hardware problems. Also I've experienced Android, Windows and HP product at my job and all of them were much worse that Apple ones. They have the best phones and laptops

I purchased an Apple iPhone 15 pro max back around 4 months ago, along with the Apple care plus protection policy; and, after my phone broke from a fall, they REFUSED to make good on the insurance policy. I'm out of $1200, because this company is unethical and does poor business. If you want a quality product and a quality company, go to Samsung or literally any other company other than Apple. I am personally never buying another Apple product again. They do not value me or you as customers. They do not care about the little guy. They only care about money and their bottom line; and, in doing so, they have sacrificed that which made them the largest tech company in the world.

TLDR: Go to another company and give them your business. Apple will screw you.

Proprietary nonsense

Apple products are way over priced and the least compatible of any major electronics device. Their proprietary philosophy is just a way for them to be greedy and not a means of innovation or progress. In fact it discourages innovation and cooperation.

Over heating device

Apple's biggest problem isn't a slow-down in the Chinese economy or the US-China trade war, which has been blamed for a big downward revision in sales. Its biggest problem is taking consumers for granted at home and abroad & become black screen

Slow, many defects

I am amazed at how so many are drinking their cool aid. There are better products, with fewer defects, less slave workers. Is it so important to belong to something so you will turn a blind eye to their real business practices?

Apple is one of my favorite companies to purchase products from. I really appreciate the level of thought and detail that apple puts into it's products and user experience. Whether I am shopping online or in one of there stores everything is neatly organized and easy to find. Over the past 10 years of owning apple products I have only had a few problems with my products. The way that apple has gone above and beyond to remedy any problems I have has really impressed me. I strongly recommend buying products from apple.com.

I purchased a new iMac in May of 2020. It is now giving me problems. I took it to the store and they informed me that it is a 2017 model and basically going obsolete. I asked if the computer ages when it sits in warehouse and they said yes, but then would go on to tell me they did not sell me an old computer. I have been a huge apple supporter - changed my whole office to apple. Have purchased no less than 12 iMac and I was treated like crap.

Its clear to me that people are sheep when it comes to apple to them its a fashion accessory i dont think they are to worried if it works well or not they are more concerned about getting it out in public and hey look what i have i can afford one of these im successful im cool no your not your just a sheep caught up in the apple marketing machine get over your self and get a life!

I've been an iPhone user since Apple iphone four: never have I had such a lousy case - I bought their clear case I received it December 2023. After breaking two screensavers in two weeks I decided to complain about it yesterday when I put on a $35 case from Amazon. Night and day the buttons are easy to push it's sturdy it's not slippery. Apple doesn't give you an opportunity to complain so I'm complaining here. Fortunately my credit card company gave me my money back.

I am using the XS Max currently and I am happy with the product. I could use some extra battery though but it is still not that bad considering the performance of the device I have market 5*.

Please put bigger batteries in future devices.

This amazing company is making me wait three weeks to get access to my old watch after my new watch got taken from me. I no longer have the password to the old email apple id. I understand that they are protecting me from a potential theft situation. But, making me wait three weeks to verify my identity is RIDICULOUS! Shame on you. You could verify my identify in a matter of a few minutes. Their excuse, its an automated process. That is horse $#*!, what a shame for your company and the poor service you provide.

I had an issue with my Ipad and called Apple. I thought I would have to go through several layers of C. S. to find someone who could fix it. I actually spoke to an intelligent agent who understood the issue, didn't transfer me anywhere, but took my phone # and called back within the time promised with the solution! Thank you Apple for hiring smart employees for your C. S. department!

A $1200. 00 iPhone that you can't secure tight and it's easy to drop, was this a business strategy so you can upgrade faster to the lates model?
The same for the clear apple case which has the same characteristics of the slippery $1200 dollar.

No chance

What is there to say? Cheap construction, that whole bending iphone thing? Not just for phones... Ipad almost snapped when I was moving around my house. Useless support? Nearly 3 hours on hold just to see about changing a few options... reliability? Nonexistent. Used to have a mac as my computer and it totally melted down! My brother told me macs don't get viruses well he lied! Had my bank account hacked into and the piece of junk mac wouldn't even turn on anymore! Finally went to windows last month and NEVER LOOKING BACK!

Waiting for the 8 :)

One year already with my 7P and other than a dent inflicted by a drop on the floor, the phone works as new. I've had about 3 system updates so far, with significant performance improvements being seen in every instance. I'm now waiting for the 8 :) :)
