Ordered new covers and Ipad. Received covers, Ipad went to an address we had 6 yrs earlier. No idea how 2 items made it to the correct address but the most expensive item is sent somewhere else. I called to track package and I was told after a very confusing phone call that the item was at old address. It was only 20 minutes away so I went there and no surprise but the people that now "rent" the house havent seen a package, but FED EX shows that it was delivered. I can Assume they stole the Ipad. I call and tell Apple what happened, spend another 40 min on phone, they agree to ship me another one and when it finally arrives - about 3 weeks after I ordered it, its the wrong one. Not a great experience.

I've noticed a steady decrease in quality from apple products. When you call in for service, you can't get anyone to do anything. Everything has to be online. What happened to customer service. Why does everything take a month for apple to get done. Could you imagine waiting for water for a month, waiting for electricity or gas of a month. We live in America with 1st world problems where Apple pushes a button and sells you a phone so why can't they push a button and satisfy a customer vs making them wait for a problem to be resolved. This company doesn't care about its customers, we are just slaves who buy products while the big boys of apple golf and play all day on the money received from our hard work.

Expensive. But worth it.

I can list a few really great experiences with apple. One that comes to mind is when the battery of my iPad Pro, that I purchased 3 years ago, could no longer maintain a charge. The warranty was expired and I made the appointment. They charged me $99 and gave me a brand new iPad Pro. I was thrilled.
Always pleasant and usually knowledgeable staff. Great products. I am an apple fan. All the way.

I was on the phone for over two hours trying to resolve a billing issue for $95.90. I was transferred more than 8 times among teams and each team insisted that another team would have to look into it. Teams included: apple repairs, iTunes store, subscription billing, and product/store billing. I have never been so poorly treated by a "customer service" team in my life. I received no service in resolving the issue. Since apple could not solve my issue, I had to CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD to remove the charge. How ridiculous! I had to get a whole new card and number because of Apple's incompetence. This is embarrassing–Apple team needs to do a better job as I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I received my first "Dear Mum/Dad I've lost my phone and have a new number" message but could not block contact only mute or delete it. The Apple Store staff person could not or would not help and then I discovered that I cannot block contacts for other scammers. This is a serious flaw. Or is it? Is Apple leaving the door open for all future scammers? I was a loyal Apple customer for 30 years and have an iMac, an iPad and iPhone. More fool me.

Outstanding

I use the service direct message recently. But I already had time to evaluate it at the highest level. A large number of prompts allows you to configure the service without any problems. A lot of tips. The necessary messages are automatically generated along with the sending. Over a short period of time, the conversion increased by 36%. This is very cool really!

Why the F will apple allow you to apply a lock on your notes, and god forbid you forget the password your screwed. It really F***** sucks. I would take a couple millions to take out cook apple is done for i cant believe i got so many people on this $#*!ing platform now am the one with the most hate for them.

This sucks they need to figure a fix asap.

Nothing to say except that O love Apple products.

I order all of my products through the site since I have to drive for two hours to get to the closest Apple store. That's one bad thing about living in a small town, no Apple store.

The site always offers perfect service and the one time I had a problem with an order (my fault), they were quick to make it right. A very good place to buy

At the edge

Still great products but these are at the edge of denying for me. Every year Apple products become more and more expensive while less features or changes are introduced, even if to say about the hardware. Still good though

My 13 yr old racked up nearly $500 in app charges because of Family Sharing/ Apple does not offer the ability to restrict purchases for individuals on family share. Because Apple consider a 13 year old an adult, they also have access to purchases. Apple should afford a way to control spending on a case by case basis. The excess spending is difficult to control. I requested a refund but denied with no explanation why. When contacting customer support they were useless. They told me in a nutshell I was denied just because. I was referred to a "Legal" policy. I am ready to give Android a shot. This policy is a legal money racket. If your kids are over 10, Apple states they are an adult.

Apple computers are a mixed bag. Some of the older stuff is better than the new stuff. The problem is like on the iMac all the new programs that they have made usually won't work on the older machines. Forcing you as a consumer to upgrade and spend thousands of dollars. As well as their software updates for your phones slow your phone down. I think Apple computers depends on what you do with them the older ones are even better than the newer ones.

I have always been pleased with Apple Customer care.
But today I made three attempts to solve an iTunes gift problem. My 13 yo grandson has a no credit card account assigned to his iTunes yet when I bought and sent him a $100 digital iTunes card; it showed up in his iTunes but iTunes would not let him use unless he also assigned a credit card. Apple could not solve it post several settings reviews...
Wonder if you can?
Solution simple after some thought.
You see iTunes does not keep track of the gift card so I case he purchases beyond his balance a credit card would be mandatory.
So do not give an iTunes gift card to a child that does not have an assigned credit card.
Fortunately, they said that they would refund me.
Learned something new each day.

Apple's advertising for these product applications does not inform subscribers that purchased content (DRM) is not compatible with these programs. They know this and still they sell it. If they or their management were to consider the reason for anyone to purchase this program, the reason in the majority of cases is so they can project the videos that they have purchased already on a larger screen. It would be of interest to people buying this application, What very limited videos would actually display for them on the larger screen -- not very many I think.

Apple Scam

I recently purchased the 32" monitor after the original order 27" monitor failed. I ordered online and the girl asked me what kind of stand for 32" monitor, I said basic. She, like me, thought that a $5000 monitor would come with a stand like all of my past Macs; to date that would be 5 computers. I suffered a mild heart attack and had to wait to unpack my new monitor, to my surprise it didn't come with a stand of any-kind. I was told I had to buy a stand for $1000 bucks, you went too far...I'm returning the 32" monitor and getting the 27". I promise you I will never buy any apple product again...thank goodness their are other companies nipping at your heels. I need at least 2 more computers and will buy from anybody but you...the Greed...absolute GREED treating customers like this!

Wish I could give negative stars... Apple is horrible! Someone steals your phone and turns off Find My and they refuse to help with anything! Apple care won't honor the Apple care plus theft program YOU pay for because the phones been wiped and you can't access tracking on it! OF COURSE you can't if it's been wiped! That's why you pay for extra coverage! Instead they're happy to rob you of over $1000 for a brand new phone. I'm trading ALL my Apple devices in for something else because of this

I forgot my ipad password. After 3 phone calls with Tech being told it will take 24 hours I got an email now telling me it will take 12 days to reset a password. For a Tech company Apple is kind of backwards what will they know in 12 days that they don't know now? I guess I will return my ipad I don't recommend Apple

My iPhone caught on fire in my pocket. I spoke to apple sent pictures and the phone was diagnosed with a component failure but because I didn't want my phone to catch fire in my hand and I tossed it, apple is trying to say they can not replace it. The phone literally was going to blow up in my hand. It was diagnosed with a component failure. Don't not buy apple products they do not stand behind their products. Horrible company
