Wanted to talk to a Supervisor they said they will call in 24-48 hours, they never did, a week later they sent an email asking me to call them, I did (stupid girl) and they let me 45 minutes waiting, I hang up and called the next day and waited for 1 hour for nothing. They don't really care about anything just to get pay. No customer services and technical support are leading by kids that yell at you and don't let you speak.
Thanks Apple for the latest update. A emoji that appears to be a pregnant man. You just burned the bridge between my wallet and your cash register. I will not be purchase Apple products or services moving forward. Good bye Apple.
Switching from an samsung to apple was probably the best decision I have ever made. Yeah, I would say they are a little bit expensive, but usually anywhere you go, they give the customer some kind of deal to buy it. With apple products, they provide a smart person to talk back to you, Siri. Siri is literally your best friend, she will do anything you tell her to do. I love my apple iphone 8 plus because the features are wonderful, the camera is amazing, and you can customized it. The best part about it, is that my apple product is waterproof. I would give apple 5 stars, because buying an apple product is a decision you will not regret.
Love the Apple Products and can't wait for another company to one day step up and manufacture products equal to Apples level. I am saddened to see the spirit of disgusting morals still lives on at Apple and beware. The way Apple treats its consumers, and employees is beyond sad. Why does everything need Apple ID? It just can't work with android. Like I can't even save game progress because of some dumb I cloud save thing. Also the prices are so high and they also slow down the old products to make you buy their new ones and they make it hard for you to change to android because all your pictures and stuff are on your Apple. Overall I would rate this a -1 star. Absolutely terrible.
Got iPhone 6 plus for almost 1 year. It works so great as advertised. It is the right size for me and I can see the video or pictures clearly. And the space gray color is so beautiful and perfect, Apple did a great job of achieving slimness. I have a very protective case over the phone and it is still slim. Love it!
I just traded in a pristine iPad. It had been in a defender OtterBox case since I first purchased it three years ago. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it other than the battery was running down quicker than I would like. I purchased a new iPad and was told my trade-in value would be $180. I just got a new estimate that my trade-in is now $0 because "the display has white spots." There were absolutely no white spots in the display when I sent it to them. I would never have purchased a new iPad if I thought I was going to get $0 for my trade-in. Apple trade-in is a rip off! Beware! They will lie about your trade-in product and there's nothing you can do about it.
Back in 2002 I started into digital audio, at the time Apple was the go to hardware. Starting with a G4 and various apple compatible third party pieces of software and hardware, I haven't had a good enough reason to leave. I've many reasons to stay with Apple, mainly, it just plain works out of the box and hardly ever had issues with hardware or viruses. They make the best gadgets and my imac sits front and centre on my desk.
The most trust able products are Apple products. Comparing with other companies products these are having less complaint. They are providing their product’s part replacing programs. Last week through that program I changed my iPhone battery.
I was looking for Dash and Dot at Xmas and their customer service found this item! She made everything so easy over the phone. The only down fall was, they would not ship from Apple Store and had to drive 2 hours to pick up. They should shop from any store to your home.
Have acquired multiple products from Apple and they are super responsive when the occasional problem occurs. Their prices are premium, but their service and support makes it worth it. Online assistance gets you extremely knowledgeable representatives who give you the impression that they really care about helping you with your problems. Will continue to utilize Apple products

Anyone who might bring up the argument that their product is pricier than anything else out there... Expensive YES, but my Apple Products last up to 10 times longer than most other products and include many options and features that many other similar products don't. Don't make the mistake of asking some of the so called experts. They have to know it all, it's their job, but it has little to do with the average owner. As my boss once said, I already have a profession, I don't need another one!
Apple did not make it clear that they would not give me the cyber Monday discount offered on their website for the product I ordered. When talking with customer service they wouldn't do anything and then hung up on me.
I have an Apple Store in my town, so I do ship to store even though the parking is horrendous. This way I can control when I get it. Apple is better in the store because they will set up things there. It's worth the extra price which is usually very close to Costco or Best Buy. If it's a little item that needs no set up like a phone case I recommend buying it elsewhere it will be cheaper.
My Favorite company is Apple. Apple's 2014 i Phones have created a expected gap in both the press and the high-end smartphone industry, with the 'up sizing' of the gadgets and the several release of iOS 8 getting much interest. However, even the bigger of the two new gadgets, the iPhone 6 Plus, only has a 5.5-inch display, which hardly makes it a photographer.The iPhone 6's look and feel is fantastic — this is the best-designed device I have seen in a long time.
What a disappointment. My iPhone 7 Plus needs a new battery. It is less then a year old battery charge only last an hour. Took it in. Found that the battery was no good 51%. They were supposed to install a new battery but only tried to sell me a new one saying it had water damage. I have never dropped it in water and everything but the battery works fine. I dont Recommend this product that apple wont even back there own product.
My family and I have been long time Apple customers for 10+ years. Recently, my daughter had to send in her Apple watch for repair. Due to the value of the item, they required a signature to receive the replacement item, however, apparently anyone can sign for it regardless of name or relation. So long story short, her watch was basically signed for and stolen by some random person. Upon contacting Apple, several times as no one was getting back to us, I finally reached a manager who basically told us "tough luck". A multi billion dollar corporation refused to replace a stolen item that was by no fault of our own as no ID was checked and the name signed was fictitious.
Customer for 10+ years and a recent update has killed my phone. I've charger it up 3 times today and spoke to apple twice only to be told to use low power mode. No, it was fine last week. They have lost a customer and small business
