My son owns an ipod, ipad, iphone from them! Not bad huh? He likes his stuff and is very protective of it! He has let me use his ipad occasionally as it takes nice photos. They have the technology for their stuff!

I read some reviews…. Are you kidding me?
The clock is bull$#*!.
Apple says that the larger font may help people who may have bad vision. Lol
I'm thinking they should get a new prescription.
I swear I'm going to get a different phone…. What were they thinking. At least they could have given us an option.
My God…. I can see the time from a block away!
I'm getting a Google phone…. People that don't mess with what you desire.
Who in the world ok'ed this blunder?

Bought a Macbook a few years ago. And it just died for no reason. Not the battery but was told could be something wrong with the logic board. Tried all sorts of reset with support to no avail. Was told had to be sent away for repair with an estimated cost of over £420! I have always used Windows laptop or PC and they never die. I can use them until they are too slow for the latest OS and I have to upgrade.

Apple is no longer a friend of the little guy. They have become another huge company just trying to squeeze the last penny out of the suckers that buy their products. They are no better than Microsoft, and in many ways worse.

Awful service.

Terrible. Messed up with my order, no help from customer service, supervisor yelled at me.
There are other products on the market. Paying $1000 and getting no attention to your matter is insane. The real cost of the phone is no more than $50. Do I really need it? The answer is NO.

I recently went into the apple store and was informed that my iphone audio chip had an issue common to iphone 7's and the only outcome was replacing my phone for $439 or purchasing a brand new phone. As a long time loyal customer it was very frustrating that due to an apple issue I would be out a lot of money. So I went onto online support and got in contact with a supervisor who hooked me up with replacing my phone free of charge. It was great to see that Apple looks out for customer satisfaction!

Apple Sucks!

Why waste your money on an ecosystem design to entrench you further and further into an uber rich company that is not redistributing thier wealth. Instead Apple sits on piles of cash stashed offshore so that they do not have to pay US corporate taxes.
The only thing special about Apple is long gone, the marketing genius and ruthlessness of Steve Jobs.

IPhone SE Downgrade
August 10, 2020

Within seconds of starting up my new iPhone SE (2020), I quickly noticed that I could no longer respond to texts with a quick reply from my lock screen. Such a downgrade. That was a function I used every single day on my previous iPhone, and now Apple thinks its new phones don't need it. What a rip off.

Phone exploded

I have a question for apple. How did my phone get exploded like in the pictures. It's not expose to hot weather or cold weather or not plug into charge. It could be dangerous. Luckily I didn't touch it when it got exploded!

If you don't know enough to enter your name and address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement you will not be able to verify your payment method. Your name and address entry is case sensitive, for example all caps. This information is not included in FAQ.

If you accidentally erase a component of the software such as Bonjour you cannot re-install iTunes unless you erase the corrupt version. Again the solution is not in FAQ and customer service did not know the simple answer which is use repair option in Programs and Services instead of trying to download software anew.

Software update

If you are doing your software updates do not. It will affect your phone. As of now, I have a camera issue and apple is wanting to charge me to fix when it's there software that caused the problem. And this was advised to me by an apple expert

I'm a fangirl!

Love Apple products. You can tell there's a passion for design and quality. The usability of their devices is very good, and they pay attention to things like usage of quality materials, well thought out ergonomics, and lots of curb appeal. I'm also a fan of their top notch customer service. Just walk into any Apple store and you will feel like they are overstaffed. This means there's no shortage of people to help. This is an example of a well oiled machine. I have no complaints.

IPhone 15 Pro Max

I just purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max at Apple Store in Silicon Valley California, I leave here in Germany for the moment, when I went to place the Sim Card into it I realized that the 15 Pro Max DON'T have a slot to place the Sim card🥵 i then call Apple here in Germany and asked if I could exchange it since here in Germany Apple do make the 15 Pro Max with Sim Card Slot. The Customer Service FROM Apple Store said that they would NOT exchange because I purchased it in the USA. I said that I just purchased two days ago! She said that to go back to California and return it there where I got it😫. So… I am so desperate and disappointed with Apple that Apple Store do NOT support each ether and my advice is: if you want to buy an Apple Phone you may think twice on doing it. Specially if you travel abroad or leaves abroad, you won't get ANY support if something happens. They would NOT give you a head up or advise you on anything, which was my case.

I really love apple products and also they have an excellent customer support too. I am currently using iPhone 4, which is shop from their own site apple.com; it is really useful for me. Comparing technical specifications with other companies’ products, apple products have a special place in electronic or technical field.

I slowly came into the world of Apply products. It started with an iPod. Over time I got a Mac Air, iPhone, and iPad. They know how to suck you in. But this review is about their website. I really like the clean look of it and in many designer circles people "follow" or copy the Apply designs. I think it's very user friendly and I look to it for ideas on how to do my own designs.

Company should provide charging blocks on phones that are $1000. After all the phones do you have to be charged, just bought three phones for a total of overthrow $3500 and they've been one charging bought included, should be one block per phone. When calling to complain, Apple could care less they just stated blocks were available purchase.

As most people know, Apple makes electronics, mainly touch screen. I love Apple products because they are user-friendly, always changing to suit the world, and look great. I would say that the only trouble with this company is the cost. If you are looking into buying say, a watch or a laptop, there are always less expensive options that are just as good. However, if you are looking for a phone, I would definitely go with an iPhone, they are not much more expensive than any other smartphone.

Child labor

If you really care to know, they use child labor in China in sweat shops that are appalling for children. I saw the video and I will never buy an Apple product. They are rich off the labor of those less fortunate who get paid very very little to work long hours in inhumane conditions.
