I recently went into the apple store and was informed that my iphone audio chip had an issue common to iphone 7's and the only outcome was replacing my phone for $439 or purchasing a brand new phone. As a long time loyal customer it was very frustrating that due to an apple issue I would be out a lot of money. So I went onto online support and got in contact with a supervisor who hooked me up with replacing my phone free of charge. It was great to see that Apple looks out for customer satisfaction!
