The devices are reliable as always but lately they started rising the prices with adding some little funcionalities compared to the previous versions or even removing the ones that were present. I understand this is all about marketing bu stop it pls :D

Because I was taking too many pictures while on vacation. Apple decided instead of stopping the back up it would just delete all my photos. This included the picutres of my recently deceased parents. I can't get away from Apple fast enough. Customer support says I am not the first, so sorry. No there are not any older backups where your photos would be. Apple just doesn't care about anything except getting an extra dollar off of you after you purchase their extremly expensive phone.

Total Cash Grab

Focusing on pushing phones out every year and not focusing on fixes and bug repairs is a great way to make a terrible company. All iPhone 12s have had an issue where they show a loading screen and crash your phone constantly for up to 45 minutes where you can't do anything, receive calls or nothing. Half of the things I would love to access quickly have complicated names deep inside of the settings app. I've never seen Apple listen to the community, they just like to put their personal spin on technology. Overpriced dumpster fires, never buying another Apple product in my life.

Itunes software encrypt my iphone backup by itself. I never put in password for my backups. They deny it and can't help resolve their applications errors. Seems like they some jerks working for apple who likes to have fun locking peoples stuff

I used to be an Apple fan, but I bought a brand new MacBook Pro in mid-2020 and can honestly say it is a piece of S##T!

What a rip-off and waste of money! Besides only having type-C ports and being forced to buy an expensive compatible USB Hub + additional adaptors, etc... this MacBook Pro has given me nothing but trouble.

It overheats literally every day and I've had to purchase a cooling stand to try eliminate over-heating... the computer freezes regularly and the touch-bar is totally useless too!

It went in for a service within the first six months after buying it, but they deny that there is any issue (Google reviews beg to differ!). Apparently this model used the wrong type of glue adhesive and it therefore overheats (sigh!).

Overall it gets a 0/5.

My next purchase is going to be a Samsung for sure! What a disappointment.

It seems that someone else has the same iCloud account. If I select "mail" I get hundreds of emails meant for someone else.
Despite changing my password, entering a phone verification etc. this account is compromised. Apple doesn't respond unless you have "AppleCare"- paid service.

Still love my 6s plus more. Facial recognition is near and works well. Music quality is better. I take lots of photos, hate the new format and cannot see an appreciable difference in photo or display quality. The much touted portrait mode is a real meh. If you knew how to use the older cameras properly, there is no difference. Data transfer worked better than older models but the phone doe not proliferate my pictures across my Apple ID, a really bad situation. I have a setup session booked which may fix this, well see. Would not make this purchase again.

I downloaded an app from the apple store but I was not informed that there was a subscription cost until I saw the charge on my credit card. I spoke several times to apple agents and spent too much time waiting for them to research the issue but I still haven't gotten my refund. This unacceptable!

The Apple price is only worthwhile for products that have high pragmatic value and work consistently. Apple is no longer known for that quality with any consistency. Many products are getting worse every year or having accessories removed in order to maintain their profit margins despite global hardship and deflating. Robbing you with a smile then turning their back when anything goes wrong. Even products that require no manufacturing are getting worse very year, SIRI is atrocious and getting worse with every update. With the insane profit margins there is ZERO excuse for the disgusting quality they are outputting these days. They are the world's most overpriced dinosaur.

Apple deliberately makes bugs in old iOS versions. My iMessage sometimes doesn't work, this has caused me to miss important events including a get together with my family. It is absolutely unacceptable what they do and get away with

Horrible customer service

My daughter has an iPhone 14 and can not receive sms any longer. We've gone to 2 different verizon stores and both told us to contact Apple. Apple was absolutely no help. Just kept repeating that it was a carrier issue even though I said we went to Verizon 2x. Then I asked about a replacement device since she's had it for less than a year. I did get upset and have some choice words because I am completely disgusted with all of these companies not standing by their products and giving the consumer the run around and was then hung up on. I truly was hopeful that Apple would help us and needless to say that rep did absolutely nothing & was zero help.

Do not believe the hype
My family of 5 purchased 6 brand new devices of which only three work properly.
No resolution from Apple whatsoever. Basically we're stuck with faulty, glitchy, overheating lemons that freeze often. My phone is frozen until someone Calls Me
Do not fall for Apple's lies
We could have purchased cheap phones that would have actually worked. I'm carrying around a brick not a phone because it's useless much of the time.

So poor. AVOID

I used and use Apple products, have contacted customer service and have always been satisfied. But recently something has changed. The staff are unprofessional and not helpful(in the stores). Products do not work as expected.
I noticed an unauthorized transaction, so I immediately contacted the service. Nobody was able to help me. I paid almost £ 40, I don't even know what for. How is it possible that Apple supports such situations? No refund. Nothing. The manager with whom I chatted disconnected because he couldn't answer my questions.
Incredible and unacceptable. Rude and not professional. I definitely won't buy Apple products anymore. I do not recommend. Avoid.

I really like my new Iphone 14, all app run smoothly, and I am using a lot of them because of my job. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is the price, is really expensive, you have to save a lot to be able to purchase any of Apple's products. I understand that you are buying quality but sometimes it's to much.

Nice stuff, but you need to buy the new phone every year because old ones become too slow. I had iPhone 6 like for 2 years (2013-2015) when it became useless, freezing all the time. Now I use the same Samsung for 3 years and everything is allright.

Why does music in my library keep disappearing? Then I end up repurchasing and don't say that's not possible because there are numerous versions of the same song and if you don't remember which album you initially purchased from, you buy the same song twice. Apple charges outrageous prices for their products and still, it's not enough. On top of overpricing products for customers, they are thieves!

(I'm sure your excuse this time will be I inadvertently deleted them myself)

First lost important voice memos after an update. Apple has no idea why. Then my phone suffered water damage when I had it in a puddle in a crate and because it is out of warranty it is my own problem. Strange story because Apple itself claims that their device (iphone 12 mini) is IP68 waterproof, which means that the device can be submerged 3 meters underwater for 30 minutes. So, this was my last iPhone.

Apple or Lemon

Id been without a phone since Sept barely received a new one last week... and the new iPhone is already acting up. I'd much rather have my old Blackberry it seems like with all the technology out there that Apple iPhones would at least work properly and be able to do some of the stuff cheaper phones do. For the price of an Apple iPhone in my experience its a total rip off. Went to Apple Arden store so many times some of the worse customer service I mean they are great while selling you... but the second you have purchased your item its as if you don't matter anymore... I even spoke to so called management which was a complete waste of time, why be or say you are a manager if you cant make any executive decisions... Seriously don't waste your time at Apple Arden not if you value your time... Awful experience...

My iPhone SE never glitched until now, all of a sudden it will make static sounds once in a while, like my button will click not vibrate or if I'm watching a video, the audio glitches out. Nice design as always however I feel like they do this on purpose when they introduce a new model. I also think it's best if they could make their phones a little bit thicker seem it's easy to shatter.
