Products instantly break

My new Ipad Air fell from less than 2 feet and broke. It had protection and everything.
I called Apple and their "solution" was that I should pay 472 GBP to fix it.
Ridiculous! How can they sleep at night building products that cannot handle anything. I have three kids and a dog - of course my ipad will fall at some point. I guess that families are no longer a part of the demographic for Apple!

Samsung for the win!

I bought an Apple 12 phone 1 year and a half and now the phone is not working. The computer inside (Ran System) failed. Apple wants me to pay $350.00 to repair and change the computer after selling a damage cell phone. Not buying Apple anymore!

I contacted Apple support to request a refund of iTunes media (movies) that I had purchased less than a week prior, and it was declined. There was a problem purchasing a bundle of movies. Apple could've cared less to fix the issue, even though I spend a lot of money paying for subscriptions and content.

I really like my new Iphone 14, all app run smoothly, and I am using a lot of them because of my job. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is the price, is really expensive, you have to save a lot to be able to purchase any of Apple's products. I understand that you are buying quality but sometimes it's to much.

Ordered a phone online, when it came in the mail it was wrong phone! Went to the store thinking it would be a smooth return, but because the phone wasn't linked to my order they said there was nothing they could do. Called MY-APPLE number, and their great solution is for me to wait 48 hours for a label to return the phone, and then wait FOURTEEN days to get my refund. All of this while I'm at store being treated like a clown

The clock is bull$#*!.
Apple says that the larger font may help people who may have bad vision. Lol
I'm thinking they should get a new prescription.
I swear I'm going to get a different phone…. What were they thinking. At least they could have given us an option.
My God…. I can see the time from a block away!
I'm getting a Google phone…. People that don't mess with what you desire.

I was hacked! My Apple Card was run up to $6,000 and apple wrote it off and me. They will not allow me to have an account I can not get music or apps or update apps. NOTHING! I need to buy android now. Thanks apple for punishing me when I didn't do it

Have been using an Apple Watch and iPhone XR for a couple of years and looking forward to buying a newer one. The old phone did a great service, and the Apple support team has always been so understanding and helpful (I am not particularly a very tech-savvy person - got the phone from my grandkids). Highly recommend all Apple products.

Apple wireless keyboard

This is just crazy! So we have an older Mac desktop, wireless keyboard and wireless Mouse. Iv'e used them forever! Recently I was having a problem with replacing the batteries on the keyboard. Evidently a battery exploded inside. But it took our neighbor putting it on a vice and using a drill so we could open it to check. Finally got it open, and sure enough it was a mess! So we cleaned it, re-shapped the battery opening to put fresh batteries in it, and gave it a try. Honestly I thought it was toast. Nope, I'm using it right now! I am totally impressed!

I've had iPads in the past and they were great. Now though, the 2 I've had over the last 2 & 1/2 years are garbage. I bought the IPad Air3. Within 6 months it started having issues. Over a month of dealing with chat, who couldn't find the problem. Finally they told me to take it in for service. It was determined it was a hardware issue and they gave me a new one.

Now, the new one, 7 months in is also having hardware issues. The entire ipad freezes up and I can't do anything on it. Again, went back and forth with chat, then was told to bring it in. I took it in twice, since the 1st guy couldn't figure it out.

The 2nd time I was told it's a hardware issue (again, here we go), but now it's on me to buy a new one - even though both haven't lasted a year.

Why would I buy a product that has proven to be faulty? I'll find a different tablet maker going forward.

We're not even pretending that hardware fails naturally at this point. At the advent of their "new and improved" AirPods, mine sucked absolute $#*!. This isn't even built-in-obsolescence at this point. It's on-the-nose hardware failure when marginally more sophisticated hardware is released.

As George Carlin once said, "Whoever coined the phrase 'Let the Buyer Beware' was probably bleeding from the $#*!."

Day1 they say I can use buy apple care + using apple cash, Day2 when I come back and ask them to make the purchase. They say it's not possible, very inappropriate.

I think IPhone really is the best phone, it's fast, interface is looking good, unique, I am their customer for years now, but I never had a good experience with their customer support, according to other comments here, most of us didn't had. Still I like Apple's devices and I prefer buying them, especially when it comes to phones...

The App Store on my sons iPad Became disabled somehow. I talked to multiple people, multiple times, and no one ever really told me what the problem was they just kept telling me it would be fixed in 24 hours and it never was. And then the issue never got resolved. And then they ended up telling us we just need to get a new iPad. So we decided to get a new tablet that was not Apple, problem solved thank you

I can turn down the brightness of the screen all day but it always self adjusts getting super brighter again. The auto brightness is turned OFF which is irreverent. Whats the point, the screen burns out faster forcing the consumer to buy another super expensive computer. That not the worst part though, it's my eyes. They intentionally physically attack their consumers for money.
