I am amazed at how so many are drinking their cool aid. There are better products, with fewer defects, less slave workers. Is it so important to belong to something so you will turn a blind eye to their real business practices?
The customer service is pathetic. Talk to 2 different people and get 3 different answers, you read that right. And still no resolution. They are nothing more than order takers, no stock, no warehouse, they just fulfill for others. An elaborate middle man that takes your money then hides.
