The chair has no cushion to it, as the picture shows. It is very shakey after all put together and tighten. It's not as wide as the pictures make it ou to be. Just a tough chair that sits lower on the back with no lumbar support. Vibration is exactly that, not a massage, just a bunch of shaking. Heat works but not good at all. I would not repurchase this. I have attached pictures to show what this chair looks like compared to another one that is a lot more comfortable. Huge disappointment. I wish I could return it because of how much I spent.

I bought an office chair from this seller, after reading lots of positive reviews. Unfortunately my experience with them was very negative. The chair arrived with damage to the back (zip ends missing and padding stuck in the zip) and a damaged screw, which meant it wasn't possible to finish putting the chair together. After asking for assistance and sending photos of the damaged parts, and after waiting three days to hear back from them, I was told they had no replacement parts and I had to resolve the issue at my end in exchange for a small refund. How I was supposed to find another back for my chair, that is a mystery to me! I would NOT recommend this seller. Poor quality products and poor customer service. If you have any issues, you will need to sort them out yourself.
We purchased a cantilever parasol and purchased one of the bases recommended. It unfortunately was not suitable. Unfortunately we have not managed to speak with anyone neither have they responded in person. Sadly using automated replies that do not make any sense. We have been asked to provide pictures and the items purchased. One would assume they would know the items purchased. Why would we take a picture of an item that is not damaged? Having explained the base is not compatible. The lack of customer service standards in responding have been poor to put it mildly. Very disappointed!

I ordered a heat massage chair for my dad in assisted living. He has Parkinson's disease. The chair was sent without the remote so it would not work. When calling about this, they stated it can take 5-10 business days to ship the remote and charger but could ship today the charger with the bottom section of the chair.WHAT? My dad's assisted living place does not want an extra bottom half of a chair that they would need to get rid of.
Purchased a computer chair. Very poor build quality and materials. Within a few months the backrest is broken, so it is leaning too far back to give any kind of back support. Very uncomfortable to sit in and was outside of 90 day return, so $200+ in the toilet. Wouldn't recommend buying from this site.
Ordered a spring horse 12/17/22 directly from Aosom website. My credit card was charged immediately. 3 days later received email from Aosom stating the product was not available based on their inventory error. No refund was forth coming. Having now to dispute charge with credit card company. Do not do business with this company!
Worst customer service
I bought this item from their website, I received it with damaged box and damaged canopy as attached photo. I email customer service. They offers $16 as partial refund and keep product. Other option is to return and I should cover return shipping cost to Alberta, I live in Toronto. Don't buy any item from this website.
Purchased on Feb 17 2023, used for 5 months, not daily used, only short walks 2 to 3 time a week, Aosom they aren't helpful at all or no help at all, and all their custom reply is cut and paste, no other answer at all

I bought two of these. Withing one year all the screens in windows rotted away. All tie downs rotted, braced it for high winds. Frame to weak most archways destroyed broke where they connect. Would not buy in future. Waste of money
I ordered a retractable patio awning from Aosom Canada. They took my money, but the awning never arrived. They used UPS to ship it and UPS insisted that they delivered the product but of course they did not. Maybe a product could be stolen from a porch but an awning is rather large and not likely to be readily stolen. Far more likely that it was delivered to the wrong address. In any case, Aosom has refused to refund my money. I have now spent $360 and have no patio awning. The company has been extremely unhelpful in their response and basically offered me no assistance. They take no responsibility for this. However, I did not contract with UPS to deliver the awning - that was Aosom's choice, not mine. If they are unable to get their products delivered they should not be taking people's money. My advice to anyone reading this: stay away from Aosom Canada. They will take your money and walk away.
I placed an order 12/1/16 from Aosom as a Santa gift. My credit card was charged 12/4 and a tracking number was sent to me for the order. When I checked tracking information, it states the anticipated ship date was 12/2/16. I called into the company today (12/19/16) because I have still not received my order. I was informed the product I ordered had sold out and I could get a refund. When I inquired as to why I was not notified of this, I was informed the company does not share this information with customer service. Now, I have 4 days to find something for my daughter from Santa. Thank you, Aosom, for ruining my 3 year old's Santa experience. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
I had placed order for 3 seater sofa by using Aosom app. Feel upset the sofa color did not come as described of the product photo. Never can contact the customer service despite numerous calls to them. We could not return the goods without the printed label from Aosom which NEVER got one from the customer service.
Do not buy from this company. We ordered a wheelchair ramp, when it came is was too flimsy and bowed in the middle. In order to return it we were required to pay over $230 for an item that cost $270. We live about 3 1/2 hours from the location they wanted us to ship it to but they would not allow us to return the item in person, though we were willing to make the drive. When I calmly expressed my frustration with their customer service, the woman I was speaking to got really snippy and sarcastic. This company had just lousy Customer Service and, based on our experience, flimsy products.
After receiving my beautiful new counter stools my son age 9 attempted to climb up the stool because he is to small to sit on the stool ( I have to use the foot rest to prop myself onto the stool and I'm 5.8) the foot rest broke. No injury to my son, thankfully. The wood had a bad piece of wood that could not be seen due to it being on the inside.
Called Amazon, where I had purchased the stools from, who connected me to Aosom directly. Spoke with Leigha who was very pleasant and apologized for all inconvenience. Also, gave a heart felt apologies about my son.
She replaced the the whole stool and the new stool was at my house in 4 days.
Besides for the bad wood part, the Fabrice and craftsmanship is of high quality. I have had many compliments on my new stools over the last few weeks. Definitely will buy again.
Purchased 2 chairs that are smaller than a standard chair and there is a problem with both these are lift chairs when I called I was informed they needed video and audio for the return then they want boxes to return where can I get boxes for chairs also they want to charge for return when their contract states they will return at their expense THEY LIE DONT DO BUSINESS
Product came damaged spend 20 min on the phone sent pics in and i guess scratches and dents inst good enough to be considered damaged. I ordered a gezebo swing for my wife's birthday. I chose aosom based on fast processing and shipping. What a let down that was. This company was more expensive than a few others I found on line. But I foolishly believed they could hold up to the claims they made. So after 4 days of processing 2 emails and a phone call. It was finally sent to FedEx. So not fast processing. Now as the company says fast shipping. Hahaha tracking the order with FedEx. Estimated time of arrival 7 day. I should not have trusted this company! If you have all the time in the world to wait for them to take their time. Good luck!

We bought a parasol from Aosom in January and never opened and used it until first weekend of May when it was warm enough to sit in my back yard. We were excited to open the new umbrella and check all its functions, we were testing the tilt button to adjust the angles, all of a sudden the whole tilt joint shatters into pieces. The tilt joint looks like made of metalic material, after it shatters, we saw it was made of plastic! I think the material of the tilt joint is not strong enough to handle the movement of the adjustment!
I called their customer service and they refused to do anything to make the new parasol work, even no replacement parts to offer!
