This company sells inferior products from China and once you buy them and they break apart, they will not refund your money.
I bought something online aosom on the 5th of January and never received the item, I call and send emails and the only reply I got it was that they cannot give an exactly time for the delivery I also requested a refund with them and they didn't give also my money back on the period they promise, someone had this problem with them? I'm thinking to contact my bank directly instead of deal with them

I ordered a sofa bed from Aosom in February 2023. Recently, I started hearing weird noises in the sofa and it turns out that there were wood eating beetles inside the wood when they made the sofa! I have had to throw the sofa out as I cannot take a chance that these wood eating beetles will get into my home. If you purchased any furniture that contains wood from Aosom around this time, I would have it checked thoroughly. These bugs will eat your home as well!

Ordered a table, received it after more than 1 week (in Romania) and received it defective. The package was not well-packaged so the wood of the table was choped. I sent it back and opted for a new delivery, it is taking 2 weeks, the personnel does not know exactly the details of when, how, etc. I asked about refund, they dont know to answer, someone told me that it will take 6 months for a 60 euro refund. It is unacceptable. Avoid it at all costs.
We bought a greenhouse from these people and we put it together as per the instructions, that night we had a tiny bit of wind which blew out 2 of the roof windows and on telling the company they said nothing to do with us. so think twice before buying from these people

This paw hut catio is a piece of garbage! I purchased it from Home Depot, paid cdn $ 962.08. Less than a year of purchase I had to throw it out. It had mold everywhere. The wood (fir) was obviously not pre treated. The quality and workmanship very poor.
Don't waste your $ and time on this crap.
Do not buy anything that you will need for longer than 1 year.
I purchased a 13' x 10' Gazebo and 7 piece wicker furniture set for around $920.
Products were okay when I first put them up, and then BAM!
6-months later, wicker furniture color completely faded.
8-10 months after that (1 year 2-4 months later) I started seeing rips in the canopy where the poles attach to the canopy.
I decided to contact the company to see if I could get a replacement canopy, and they said, 1) They don't have a replacement canopy for the item for purchase, and 2) They will NOT honor anything after 366 days.
I sent timestamped photos showing the degradation of the items over time, and still no luck.
I requested to be contacted by a manager, and did not receive a call back or email.
$920 for a bit over 1-year of use with no support after 1-year.
Don't throw your money away.
Not sure but if there is any wind on Mars. If so Elon should ship these greenhouses there on the first flight. Very poor quality support system was trashed in first rainstorm it was exposed to. Twenty mph winds destroyed the plastic supports making structure worthless. Luckily we hadn't put any plants in it. Don't waste a penny on these greenhouses!

I purchased 4 bar stools from Aosom (not an awesome company). Price was fair, delivery was good, but after 6 months the leather seats delaminated from the foam. I emailed to get a warranty replacement and was informed the warranty was only 90 days. With this kind of product quality it is understandable that the warranty is only 90 days. We will never buy from this company again.

I order something by mistake and there is no where to cancel the order. When I call or chat they send me to voicemail or don't answer the chat. Avoid buying anything from these scammers. Im going to call my bank and dispute the charges. This is beyond ridiculous and just plain ol robbery. This website need to be shut down asap

Ordered and got the 12% discount. Delivery expected in 4 - 7 days - it arrived within 48 hours! Perfect packaging and yes, the tray is included, even though others say it isn't. No instructions, a bit hard to see display lettering, but otherwise a great deal!
This company is very up front about its products and they're extremely inexpensive. What makes them unique, in my experience, was their customer service. They followed through using automated resources like other online folks do, but when I had an issue with my product I called the number they provided in my confirmation and the associate was incredibly helpful. They offered, without hassle, to send a replacement product and sent me a confirmation. They exceeded my expectations. If you buy something extraordinarily cheap and expect the quality of the product to be flawless, you are flawed in your approach. The most you can reasonably hope for is a replacement. I felt Aosom was up front. Some of their stuff has cosmetic issues. But you get a deal at often less than half of what you'd pay for a similar product somewhere else.
The customer service was amazing. We're an older couple that needed a simple shed for garden tools. The instructions that came with the shed were missing some pages; they quickly emailed new ones. Still, we had trouble putting the shed together. Turned out the doors were bad. They replaced them - again quickly. However, the shed blew over in bad weather. It's just not designed for our climate I guess. Frustrated and feeling ripped off until we got persistent follow up emails asking if the product was working for us. Called the customer service and had a full refund within 15 minutes. I would buy from them again. If you've got to buy something sight unseen, these are the people to do it with!
Poor Quality and worse Service
Only more than 2 months after installation, one side of the canopy drops down too much. The reason is the supporting part bent, twisted. We thought it was not big issue because changing the part is not so difficult. But the response from the AOSOM CANADA is disappointing:
1. The warranty time frame is from your purchasing date,(when you place your order online), not the delivered date,
2. No parts to supply. Even you want to buy the parts, no, they don't sell part. Which means they do not have any after-sell service available. They don't take the business seriously about the products and customers. They only care about the sale, that's it.
So an advise to these potential buyers: Please consider this seriously before you place orders!
I purchased a daybed/swing in the fall of 2021 and just today I went outside to check it out the paint is peeling off and the side panel made of steel literally has a hole in it. And it started to rust all over. I paid $1000. 00 for this swing and when I emailed customer service they said I has past the 90 day warranty so they will not help me. Horrible products do not waste your money I would rate them zero but I have to give them one star
Terrible quality! I had done my research and purchased an office chair, which was definitely not cheap based on positive reviews. The chair literally broke 3 days after the 90 day warranty expired. They would not do anything for me. When I tried to leave a review on the chair, it would not let me as 90 days had passed since my purchase. No wonder the reviews were all positive if you can't leave a true review! I will NOT be purchasing from them again. Shame on Bestbuy for making them an online partner.
I ordered a computer chair, I am still waiting on receiving it but so far I managed to make an error on the shipping address. I contacted them via email and they got back to me the same day. Customer service was able to cancel the order for me so I could re order it with the correct information. So far I haven't had any company for online shopping respond this quickly and help me resolve my issue. The wrong address was my fault I input the wrong province. They also notified me that there was a price difference and it turned out to be cheaper with the new address although only by $2 lol $246 for a massage and heated office chair, can't go wrong at that price (Pic in post)

Purchased outsunny garden swing chair 29. 3. 21 through aosom, hardly used last year due to poor summer stored in garage over winter, put it up yesterday sat on and the chair material ripped. Poor quality, apparently warranty only lasts 6 months too, on personal experience id avoid this company
