I bought a large garden shed for over $1500 and it collapsed with first snow.

I bought it because of false and misleading advertising. Aosom claims that their shed is "durable and weather resistant", "sturdy shed", "ideal for long-lasting outdoor use". It was ALL FALSE. It is poorly engineered, flimsy-by-design. Some holes did not match no matter how it was leveled and aligned, so had to drill some holes close to the original ones. But the worst is that this the roof of this flimsy useless shed simply collapsed an the rest folded like a house of cards.

In my opinion Aosom is engaged in false and knowingly deceptive advertising, they mislead consumers and engage in overall unscrupulous business practice. It made me feel like a scam.

Aosom KNOWINGLY sold a defective-by-design shed for use in Canada that they knew for fact wouldn't survive Canadian winter.

Aosom received huge number of complaints about it so they knew perfectly well, but continued to sell this defective product. This seems to me like the very definition of scam.

Aosom warranty also seems to me as if it is designed to be scam-like. They know perfectly well that almost nobody would assemble a shed in the cold rainy months preceding the winter, just before the first snow falls. So by the time their shed would almost certainly collapse under the snow, their 90-days "warranty" would for sure expire-by-design.

It's a shady practice at best, that looks to me, again, as a scam, designed on purpose to never be used.

A 90-days warranty for a multi-year use product is deceptive, unfair, useless, dishonest and unreasonable. It's shorter than even one full weather cycle. Which is shorter than one full use of the product. It does not look to me like a little honest mistake. Aosom knows about it for years through a lot of complaints. Yet they knowingly continue this practice.

Ordered a spring horse 12/17/22 directly from Aosom website. My credit card was charged immediately. 3 days later received email from Aosom stating the product was not available based on their inventory error. No refund was forth coming. Having now to dispute charge with credit card company. Do not do business with this company!

Do not buy, it won't last 1st winter in spite of their 5 star reviews. They won't allow me to post a review on their website. They say the system doesn't allow. Won't refund as it's past 90 days manufacturer's warranty. Save your time and money. Avoid.

This company is very up front about its products and they're extremely inexpensive. What makes them unique, in my experience, was their customer service. They followed through using automated resources like other online folks do, but when I had an issue with my product I called the number they provided in my confirmation and the associate was incredibly helpful. They offered, without hassle, to send a replacement product and sent me a confirmation. They exceeded my expectations. If you buy something extraordinarily cheap and expect the quality of the product to be flawless, you are flawed in your approach. The most you can reasonably hope for is a replacement. I felt Aosom was up front. Some of their stuff has cosmetic issues. But you get a deal at often less than half of what you'd pay for a similar product somewhere else.

I bought a PawHut 2-In-1 Dog Bicycle Trailer / Stroller Pet Carrier with 360 Swivel Wheel Hitch Suspension Safety Flag. The wheels would not stay inflated, and it was only used once. The next year I bought a new one instead of trying to fix the first one. I ordered three times and finally got one where the wheels would stay inflated. Just went to take the dogs out for the 1st time and again wheels are deflated. Never even got to use. Because its over the 30 day policy, there is nothing they will do. I even asked the CSR if there was anything at all, she or the parts department could do. I couldn't even get a 'no' just a 'nahhh'. Very rude and condescending as well. I usually try to support smaller businesses and have purchased much from this company. But this was the final straw. My purchases will be made from Amazon from now on.

Warning do not buy products from this company, poor quality and they do not honour warranty would have given 0 stars if I could. Tent was wet inside from heavy Dew, could not imagined if it was raining. Do not buy this tent

A 'walk-in' greenhouse that I purchased from AOSOM, lasted ONLY 6 WEEKs before it became damaged and the poles broke making it un-useable. Customer Services refused to do anything about it. Would not recommend.

The WORST experience EVER on the WEB! Avoid this merchant, do not buy from them.
I receive my merchandise broken. We called AOSOM Customer Service immediately, and even with pictures as proof, they have tried to get away with it by proposing REPLACEMENTS PARTS for US TO FIX IT!
Never seen that one before, especially that the product was received the same day! Below is the email we got form AOSOM, totally crazy and inadequate proposal, knowing the product was received damaged.
Obviously, we refused, and AFTER LONG AN PENIBLE mails exchange with the bizarre Customer Service lady, we were finally reimbursed.
AVOID THIS INTERNET SELLER – BEWARE THEY ARE ON THEBAY MARKETPLACE and some others.

I purchased a daybed/swing in the fall of 2021 and just today I went outside to check it out the paint is peeling off and the side panel made of steel literally has a hole in it. And it started to rust all over. I paid $1000. 00 for this swing and when I emailed customer service they said I has past the 90 day warranty so they will not help me. Horrible products do not waste your money I would rate them zero but I have to give them one star

The customer service was amazing. We're an older couple that needed a simple shed for garden tools. The instructions that came with the shed were missing some pages; they quickly emailed new ones. Still, we had trouble putting the shed together. Turned out the doors were bad. They replaced them - again quickly. However, the shed blew over in bad weather. It's just not designed for our climate I guess. Frustrated and feeling ripped off until we got persistent follow up emails asking if the product was working for us. Called the customer service and had a full refund within 15 minutes. I would buy from them again. If you've got to buy something sight unseen, these are the people to do it with!

Bought an out-sunny greenhouse from aosom, was miss critical components from the box. Aosom would not rectify the problem. I offered to buy the missing parts and still nothing. Extremely unsatisfied.

Purchased outsunny garden swing chair 29. 3. 21 through aosom, hardly used last year due to poor summer stored in garage over winter, put it up yesterday sat on and the chair material ripped. Poor quality, apparently warranty only lasts 6 months too, on personal experience id avoid this company

Bought a shed for delivery on Wednesday they sent it Tuesday I was not in left with a neighbour large and heavy they were not happy when I went to build it half was missing I contacted them they said should be 2 packages they sent a tracking number but like the 1st it did not work now can't tell me when it would be delivered so I asked for a refund but they won't pick up package so will not refund!

I ordered a computer chair, I am still waiting on receiving it but so far I managed to make an error on the shipping address. I contacted them via email and they got back to me the same day. Customer service was able to cancel the order for me so I could re order it with the correct information. So far I haven't had any company for online shopping respond this quickly and help me resolve my issue. The wrong address was my fault I input the wrong province. They also notified me that there was a price difference and it turned out to be cheaper with the new address although only by $2 lol $246 for a massage and heated office chair, can't go wrong at that price (Pic in post)

I ordered a gazebo and whilst i cant comment on it as we haven't put it up the delivery time was amazing i ordered it at about 3pm on the 4th feb and it arrived next day at about the same time, i was amazed.

I purchased and item and cancelled with 2 hours. Aosom charged the money to my account but refuse to give the credit to me. They claim credit will come as son as their warehouse confirms.

When writing to them it appears they just copy and paste when responding to you.

I ordered my parcel in the 11th of November it was supposed to come in 3 days so that means 14th November. Its now 30th and I still haven't received anything. I called so many times and they assured me that the delivery will be coming on the day I called, I took days off to wait for it and nothing came. Called again and the same situation happened. I'm very disappointed in their costumer service as it seems they don't communicate to each other and maybe they didn't call the depot and didn't even aks about my parcel, I even asked give me the contact so I can speak to them directly but she declined and said its not possible. I could give no stars if I could.

After receiving my beautiful new counter stools my son age 9 attempted to climb up the stool because he is to small to sit on the stool ( I have to use the foot rest to prop myself onto the stool and I'm 5.8) the foot rest broke. No injury to my son, thankfully. The wood had a bad piece of wood that could not be seen due to it being on the inside.
Called Amazon, where I had purchased the stools from, who connected me to Aosom directly. Spoke with Leigha who was very pleasant and apologized for all inconvenience. Also, gave a heart felt apologies about my son.
She replaced the the whole stool and the new stool was at my house in 4 days.
Besides for the bad wood part, the Fabrice and craftsmanship is of high quality. I have had many compliments on my new stools over the last few weeks. Definitely will buy again.

I boght a shoe rack stoarge unit from Aosom Canada. Poorly designed with cheap material, over priced and sold to me with vague instructions-never buy from Aosom! It took me three attempts to assemble this and too late to return it after it was half assembled disocevering some hardware and parts were faulty (factory issue) poorly designed. Take a look at the drawer assembly: crooked, hardware factory poorly made
