I bought a bike cargo trailer from Aosom, which was average in design and slightly below average in quality but acceptable for the price. Some months later my bike was stolen and the hitch that connects the trailer along with it, rendering the trailer useless. I approached Aosom to BUY another and they just fobbed me off, leaving me with a heap of metal to chuck out. Unbelievably bad customer service – I'll never buy from them again and suggest you don't either.
This company sells inferior products from China and once you buy them and they break apart, they will not refund your money.

I bought something online aosom on the 5th of January and never received the item, I call and send emails and the only reply I got it was that they cannot give an exactly time for the delivery I also requested a refund with them and they didn't give also my money back on the period they promise, someone had this problem with them? I ordered a sofa bed from Aosom in February 2023. Recently, I started hearing weird noises in the sofa and it turns out that there were wood eating beetles inside the wood when they made the sofa! I have had to throw the sofa out as I cannot take a chance that these wood eating beetles will get into my home. If you purchased any furniture that contains wood from Aosom around this time, I would have it checked thoroughly. These bugs will eat your home as well!

Not sure but if there is any wind on Mars. If so Elon should ship these greenhouses there on the first flight. Very poor quality support system was trashed in first rainstorm it was exposed to. Twenty mph winds destroyed the plastic supports making structure worthless. Luckily we hadn't put any plants in it. Don't waste a penny on these greenhouses!

Purchased 2 chairs that are smaller than a standard chair and there is a problem with both these are lift chairs when I called I was informed they needed video and audio for the return then they want boxes to return where can I get boxes for chairs also they want to charge for return when their contract states they will return at their expense THEY LIE DONT DO BUSINESS

I purchased 4 bar stools from Aosom (not an awesome company). Price was fair, delivery was good, but after 6 months the leather seats delaminated from the foam. I emailed to get a warranty replacement and was informed the warranty was only 90 days. With this kind of product quality it is understandable that the warranty is only 90 days. We will never buy from this company again.

I order something by mistake and there is no where to cancel the order. When I call or chat they send me to voicemail or don't answer the chat. Avoid buying anything from these scammers. Im going to call my bank and dispute the charges. This is beyond ridiculous and just plain ol robbery. This website need to be shut down asap

I ordered an outdoor pet enclosure in May for $250.95. I used Afterpay for the five or six payments which were all taken from my bank account. The same day I placed the order, it was cancelled, with no explanation, no email telling me. I found out several days later when I made an inquiry as to the shipment tracking. I wrote emails to both companies asking for my money back, to no avail. It's almost November and I still don't have my money. I'm getting ready to turn it over to my bank for fraud investigation and recovery. I made one last phone call to Aosom a few days ago in which I told the agent that if my money wasn't refunded immediately, I would consult the BBB and my bank. He sounded nervous and promised to expedite a response to include a return call within 24 hours, but of course no one called. I am beyond disgusted but at least my eyes have been opened. If I can save one shopper from an experience such as mine, maybe it was worth it. If anyone out there has had any suggestions for me, please let me know. Thank you.

We bought a greenhouse from these people and we put it together as per the instructions, that night we had a tiny bit of wind which blew out 2 of the roof windows and on telling the company they said nothing to do with us. so think twice before buying from these people

Ordered a table, received it after more than 1 week (in Romania) and received it defective. The package was not well-packaged so the wood of the table was choped. I sent it back and opted for a new delivery, it is taking 2 weeks, the personnel does not know exactly the details of when, how, etc. I asked about refund, they dont know to answer, someone told me that it will take 6 months for a 60 euro refund. It is unacceptable. Avoid it at all costs.
I Was going to buy electric car for my kids but when I saw the bad reviews, I decided to not buy anything from them.

I purchased a 13' x 10' Gazebo and 7 piece wicker furniture set for around $920.
Products were okay when I first put them up, and then BAM!
6-months later, wicker furniture color completely faded.
8-10 months after that (1 year 2-4 months later) I started seeing rips in the canopy where the poles attach to the canopy.
I decided to contact the company to see if I could get a replacement canopy, and they said, 1) They don't have a replacement canopy for the item for purchase, and 2) They will NOT honor anything after 366 days.
I sent timestamped photos showing the degradation of the items over time, and still no luck.
I requested to be contacted by a manager, and did not receive a call back or email.
$920 for a bit over 1-year of use with no support after 1-year.
Don't throw your money away.
This paw hut catio is a piece of garbage! I purchased it from Home Depot, paid cdn $ 962.08. Less than a year of purchase I had to throw it out. It had mold everywhere. The wood (fir) was obviously not pre treated. The quality and workmanship very poor.
Don't waste your $ and time on this crap.
Purchased on Feb 17 2023, used for 5 months, not daily used, only short walks 2 to 3 time a week, Aosom they aren't helpful at all or no help at all, and all their custom reply is cut and paste, no other answer at all

I bought this expensive greenhouse in good faith along with other large items for my garden, so spent a lot of money with company, I had to wait for the a company to erect it as there very busy with very satisfied customers, well it's took them 2 days to erect it cos nothing was lining up so extremely difficult positioning an erecting the greenhouse, only to be told there is nowhere they can attach the automatic window gadget, so rendered useless, the guttering is the worst cheapest piece of crap they've seen so that again is rendered useless, an there's a gap no matter how much effort they have put into sorting it out, it can't be done, the lock for the door will not flush even so it's madness trying to attach it, ohhh forgot( NOT) there's no holes made in the metal to drill the lock on into, Plus Your Phone Number Does Not Exist an as for your Email Address, It's One Big Joke, it's take me to my Apple App an I will sh I had Never seen your advertisement on line, ohhhh I see if anyone complains yous reply with,… we could not get in touch with this customer, BS
