I ordered an outdoor pet enclosure in May for $250.95. I used Afterpay for the five or six payments which were all taken from my bank account. The same day I placed the order, it was cancelled, with no explanation, no email telling me. I found out several days later when I made an inquiry as to the shipment tracking. I wrote emails to both companies asking for my money back, to no avail. It's almost November and I still don't have my money. I'm getting ready to turn it over to my bank for fraud investigation and recovery. I made one last phone call to Aosom a few days ago in which I told the agent that if my money wasn't refunded immediately, I would consult the BBB and my bank. He sounded nervous and promised to expedite a response to include a return call within 24 hours, but of course no one called. I am beyond disgusted but at least my eyes have been opened. If I can save one shopper from an experience such as mine, maybe it was worth it. If anyone out there has had any suggestions for me, please let me know. Thank you.
