I ordered an item and they didn't mention how the lighting modes work. I was then offered a small discount but only if I didn't leave a negative review. The agent hung up on me. I think reviews should be honest and if you are disabled you should know that you have to get up and down every time to plug in the lighting modes there is no remote.

Bought a shed, was horrible putting it together, and very flimsy. They have a rating for snow going on it, but the whole thing collapsed inwards on top of my stuff.
When I said them an email, their answer was basically 'too bad, it's past the 90 day point '. They don't give a crap and they sell bad products

We purchased the 10x20 (now sold as the 9x19) for a family reunion and set it up 91 days after purchase.
In fact, when we arrived at our reunion, many other families had your tent as well. We set up last Thursday and went to our motel. The next morning, after overnight rain (no wind), our canopy was collapsed. The frustration was real as the canopy was lengthy and required a lot of strength in putting up. We thought it might be salvageable but the top plastic couplings had split causing the top to collapse and then the side bars broke as well. So disappointing! Especially when 3 identical canopies near us were fine!
We sent in many photos. We feel that we were sold a defective canopy. We requested a refund or replacement and they said sorry 90 days only. We were 1 day over. I guess rules are rules. Extremely disappointed in the poor quality.

I am posting this note to make EVERYONE aware of the complete lack of quality for the wicker furniture that I purchased from this company and their complete refusal to stand by their garbage product. After less than a year, it started to break, such that it is unusable and looks like total cheap junk. And this is not inexpensive stuff. When I approached them to replace it, they told me that it was outside the 30-day replace period and outside the 90-day warranty period. I say again, I had this less than a year and this is what it looks like. I can't be criticized for not taking care of it. When not used, I had it covered with a quality cover. When stored over the winter, I stored it inside, covered. If I could give it a minus rating, I would. STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY. BUY FROM A REPUTABLE VENDOR, NOT THIS RIP-OFF BUSINESS. RUN FOR THE HILLS AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

I ordered a 13 x 13 gazebo from this company. Shipping took 14 days. After trying to assemble and realizing that some pages of the instructions were missing. I emailed customer service and they sent them again. Turns out the pages weren't missing, there are nonexistent! Tried the best we could to finish set-up and while doing so, discovered holes, areas where the sewing was so close to edge that the fabric ripped, areas where the sewing was only partially done or not at all, pieces that did not line up, goes on and on! We gave up trying to finish set-up and contacted customer service for a refund. They asked for pics of the defects, a pic of the original box and copy of delivery proof. Because of the long shipping time waiting for complete instructions, problems with set-up attempts, and time it took to send the proof they wanted, we were one day past their 30 day return policy. We were refused a refund but offered a replacement. Why would I want a second inferior piece of you-know-what! Do not waste your money with this company. I am now out $145.00 for nothing. They do not make any allowances for long shipping time, so if it took 3 weeks to arrive, you have a week to fix all the problems. Total scam company! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Here's their fake return policy. Good luck trying to get a return confirmation from them. And if ever they do send it to me there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping I have to pay the shipper and then hope to get a refund. Instead of misleading customers they should just admit they don't provide refunds. But then they would be an honest company.

I clearly purchased a set of three awnings different sizes. Two of them arrived completely damaged! Items were literally falling out the boxes so I refused two order through FedEx. One remained I simply reached out to the company requesting the send the two damaged ones packed well. To summarize AECOJOY-US gave me the run around for an entire week. So I simply went to my local store purchased matching awnings and had them installed. I requested a return label for the third awning which clearly did not match the new ones. Once I understood the company was going to drag out sending me matching ones 'I live in PHX and own a childcare' shading is essential. I've had this awning in the garage trying to get a return label from AECOJOY-US for 2-months.
They refused to work with me on providing (RETURN LABEL AND A PICK UP FROM MY HOME). The box weight was nearly my body weight and it was very hard for me to lift without flaring up my SCIATICA. I finally asked my neighbor to borrow their dolly and managed to get the box into my van to UPS now my 'LOWER SCIATICA IS A BIT INFLAMED'. Lesson I've learned do not purchase any big box items on Amazon from third parties companies. Amazon does not properly have any authority to resolve issues when it's a third party. I definitely will never and do not recommend buying from AECOJOY-US. The return cost was 60% of the purchased price. No matter GOD is good and I'm always learning "what not to do".
