I found a pleasant surprise in this shop, I got a dress for my anniversary, I am happy with the style and elegance of the dress.
My bad for not checking their reviews before ordering two sweaters. One white color block sweater had a peculiar odor and huge gaps between the three front buttons. The other sweater was supposed to be "red" but was more of an orange color and so short it looked like I was wearing kid's clothes. NOT AS PICTURED. I asked for a refund and it appears they are running out the clock on the 15 day return window by repeatedly requesting more information from me "We have received your inquiry. To better serve your needs, we would like you to provide some additional information regarding your order." They never explain what information they are missing and there is no phone # listed. Contact is email only with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround on their end. We are on round 4 of email tag and no closer to refund. I have provided them with the order #, the SPU #s of each item, the sizes, the colors, the date I received each item (shipped separately), and the reason(s) I want to return them. OK I just got my answer, via email of course... I have to send the stuff back to CHINA. Here's their exact wording.

ALL RETURNS MUST GO BACK TO CHINA! They don't tell you that on their site and their sizes aren't comparable to USA's. They do not have a customer service phone number only email and items must be shipped back within 15 days so they don't respond back quickly and then your Return will be late because it won't make it to China in time. It's a scam guys. Trust me.

Its not free to ship them back. I read it is very difficult to get a refund with this company. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. I would not recommend this company at all!

My order, 3 shirts and two skirts, are the same as in the images on the page. They are of optimal quality, with a double and wide waist band that in turn contains an elastic that does not seem to bother. Printing is as shown in the photo, very cheerful and current, and thick enough fabric not to be transparent. This page is current and modern, for young women or of any age.
Cotton and Linen items listed are actual BLENDS ONLY! So false information is listed.
Prices listed are actually much more expensive after you've paid converting into US dollars only after you've processed payment so they are more expensive.
Return email requests do not get answered until a second attempt, at which now I'm stuck with my $450 purchase which I won't wear often due to blended polyester.
By the time the company did reply to my request the 7 days lapses as I was extremely busy. Had they replied a couple of weeks previous I could have organised to returned my items.
I had requested the initial return request immediately upon receipt of cloths however the company dragging out a reply or not replying st all caught me unaware once I did get their email.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Buyer Beware: If something appears too good to be true, it's too good to be true. Annie Cloth online adds are beautiful. Prices are VERY reasonable. Actual items received are made of cheap material and look nothing like the adds which represented them. Return policy is impossible and will cost the customer more for shipping than the original cost of the item. Upon arrival of my items, I contacted my bank and filed a fraud complaint against Annie Cloth. My bank reversed the charges on my credit card. I'm still waiting to hear news of the final outcome. Once everything is resolved, I'll donate the Annie Cloth items to my local thrift store. From now on, I'll stick to ordering from Amazon, which has gotten way too big for its britches yet is a trustworthy company.

This site is a fraud. I placed an order December 3rd 2019 they billed my credit card December 5th 2019 and I never got my order. Sent them several e-mails and never got an answer. When I try to log into their site it says no e-mailed found.

Answer: The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping
