When the company doesn't list a contact number or email address, when the link to your order returns "page not found", when the email says your order has been sent on 12/15 and it's now 1/6, when you send a customer service request with info on your order and the response is in some obscure language that can't be translated, you are likely to be scammed. Kiss that $$ goodbye...

I ordered an embroidered cotton-blend outerwear coat size 4XL. I received a printed design 100% polyester double-knit coat that was about 4 sizes too small.

The coat is going to GoodWill. It is not worth my time and effort to try to return it!

Purchased 6 items from them. They shipped 4 items and I received them. When I contacted them for the missing items they did not respond. I filed a complaint with PayPal to receive either the goods or a refund. Annie CLoth wanted me to cancel my Paypal case and then they would issue me a refund. Do they think I am some stupid American they can take advantage of. Anyway, still waiting on PP. ANNIE CLOTH'S CLOTHING IS JUNK. YOU CAN DO BETTER AT GOODWILL. BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THEM

Scam
January 5, 2020

I order two things, a purse and a coat. The coat was to be size 4xl. I usually wear 2 or 3xl. There was no way I could get my second arm in coat. It must have been a Large. I notified the company within the 24 hour deadline. I was told I would have to send it to china. It would cost more than worth, they told me. I was offered 15% of the coat. I have not recieve the purse as yet! Probably won't see the purse!

HORRIBLE Company MISLEAD customers! I didn't even want to give them 1 star but t had no choice. I have been disputing through Paypal for 2 weeks and still NO REFUND and STILL MISSING part of the shipment, some items showed up almost a Month after ordering ( which didn't happen until after I opened a case with Paypal) and they were DAMAGED not aS described and cheaply made. There was also a SMELL to them like they had been in storage. I asked to return THEY TRIED TO NEGOTIATE AND OFFERED ME 60% OF WHAT I PAID TO KEEP THE ITEMS and they finally give me an address to ship them back to IN CHINA and want YOU TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST for their DAMAGED POOR QUALITY ITEMS. ( On top of that they have a 15 day return policy how are you going to get the items back to them in 15 days when they know it takes 20 minimum to get into the states) This company should not be able to MISLEAD CUSTOMERS in the US they should have to make it very clear on their website that they are an INTERNATIONAL COMPANY. They are TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE, they are RIPPING OFF US CITIZENS. I use Paypal to ensure I am protected against these situations assuming that the companies are legit. This company should not be able to use Paypal when they are Obviously TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US CUSTOMERS.

I've been "had" before but this company is the ABSOLUTE worst. When you get your items, rather IF, what you receive is NOTHING like the website photo... no hems, zero wuality, $#*!e materials. And customer service! That's a joke. THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP GET A REFUND. WORST COMPANY EVER
