Total rip-off/scam!

Incomplete delivery on order, quality of clothing is the worst--not at all like photos on site. Cheap fabric, poor workmamship, terrible sizing (in fact, garments are not even sized proportionately). Customer service nonexistent. I worked at returning stuff for a month, then found out it would cost me over $50 to return items to China!
As a writer, I'd like to point out that all of the "positive" reviews here are written in the same style/voice. Very obvious that they come from one source... you can guess who.

Worst "return" policy!
January 4, 2020

This company ships from China. Besides a VERY long delivery time the cost of "returning" or exchanging the items is prohibitive. They offered to refund $5 dollars on my purchase and suggested I use the refund to alter the "cloth" if size was an issue!. See email below. The products were poor quality, took a very long time to arrive and could not be returned. Purchase at your own risk

Ordered two cotton v-neck tops. Received one and it is nothing like what was pictured, made of crappy fabric. And I never received the second one. This is a bull$#*! company from China and is a scam. Stay away!

I purchased 3 items on oct 18. It took 6weeks to get 2 items and I never received the 3rd item. I have emailed them and they responded with generic info about checking with the shipper. I did and they said they never got it in CA to bring to me. Still don't have my item or money back! Never shop with them again for sure!

Scam of a company

Never received my entire order. Only part of it came. Several emails back and forth to company. Can not get a refund. Lost over $30.00. I do not recommend dealing with this company unless you have money to burn.

I ordered from this company before reading reviews. After reading the reviews, I didn't plan on receiving a single item. I ordered three items and received two within a "normal" time period. One was just as expected: quality and size. One was not as expected (do to my not reading what the top was made of), yet, not any worse than other clothing from online merchants that I had made the same mistake with before. I received an email about the third item stating it was going to be shipped later than expected. After quite awhile after expected shipment, I emailed the company. They stated that it was no longer available. I asked for a refund, Which i unbelievably received within FOUR DAYS. Take my review with the others... this company as far as I am concerned deserves more than a few stars.

These people are internet trolls and if you come across their adds- run! Never order from them. They will rip you off and send you junk- they troll the Christmas season and adversities deep discounts but the products are Chinese rip offs and the quality is horrible. The shipments take many weeks to arrive and you will be disappointed when the product arrives- so don' think you can send the product back for the wrong size- it's not worth it- and they count on that for their corrupt business model!

Horrible Company!

This is the worst customer service company I have ever had to deal with! Do not order from them! I wanted to return a sweatshirt and they offered me 10 percent back. I told them no and then they counter offered me 25 percent for my return. I only paid $20.00 and said no, so they told me "good luck" on returning it. You have to contact them first to even try to return anything. I just want my money back that I paid for. Still NO money yet!

I ordered in early December 2019, and still have not received any of the five items. After I finally got nervous I found these reviews and now i'm flat out worried. Also, all of the positive reviews are in terrible broken English and obviously written by the Chinese company (i'm guessing). The "package tracking" is a joke and in Chinese, even if you choose English as the language. I may contact my bank and report this as fraud activity if I haven't received the items in a week. It's been almost a month.

I have just never had such a negative online retail experience. Kudos to US companies, that take care of you within seconds (Patagonia, Talbots, Kohls, Van Mauer, Macy's, etc). I had no idea this company was in China and their return process was a joke. In lieu of returning items they offered me a 20% cash "credit" after telling me how long it would be to return anything to China, with customs, fees, it was just awful. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TOO BAD IT'S NOT US BASED. CUTE STUFF.

In a language other than English, so not able to read it. Several attempts to have it canceled have failed. Response was that once I get the item I can return it. Yea, right...
