Only comment is about when I asked for msg to be forwarded to hotel about room choice - got a email from amoma reminding me about what I booked and the non-amendable policy! Did not ask for an opinion about how I could deal with the hotel staff! Suggest that amoma staff just do as asked and keep comments at the office! The Hotel staff were great and very professional so there was a silver lining in spite of booking agent... JB

The hotel was in a great location. They accommodated us with a quiet room so we wouldn't be disturbed by the Metro that ran near the hotel. Room was very nice and clean and room service and staff were very accommodating. Service in the main restaurant was slow but there are many restaurants in the immediate area. Concierge was very helpful. We would return for the location, accommodations, and price.

The best deals of everyone! This was my first time using them and booking process was very easy. Since based out of Switzerland the only problem I had was I had to notify my bank in USA because my final payment was denied. Once I contacted my bank, everything went accordingly and we had no problems at the hotel when we arrived. Will definitely use again.

Was a good experience with them and worked out better than expected! The only thing was that there was some unexpected change fees when you play in USD.
Cheapest service around and worked fine. Had no need to contact customer services. Negative reviews of this site tend to be when customer services are required after purchase.
