Stayed at this hotel with my granddaughter for 3 nights in May. Very comfortable, more than adequate breakfast and very pleasant, helpful staff. Our room(303) was located at back of hotel and was very quiet. Good local transport nearby but it is only a 20 minute walk from Charles Bridge. Some really good restaurants close by too. This hotel provided us with everything we wanted at a reasonable price and we would highly recommend.

Small bedroom with no wardrobe only open hanging space. Seemed expensive at £372 for 2 nights, ' room only stay.' + car parking but bed and bathroom accommodation were fine
Second night a lot of noise from a room across the car park. Had to close the windows on a hot night in order to sleep. Noise still going on at 4am.
Staff very friendly.
Breakfast at £7 pp very good value.
First time in 50 years I have had to pay for a private hotel car park.
I do not think we will stay here again and we will not recommend it to friends

Very ordinary hotel room stay without a complimentary breakfast. The pocket door to the bathroom did not lock securely. The vanity lighting was inadequate. The mountain view was quite good; the deck was filthy. Statements from AMOMA lack important information, like pricing.

Great experience will use again. The hotel was excellent and everything went well overall.the only confusion was that the website had an optional for continental breakfast or breakfast. I selected breakfast which was priced slightly higher however the hotel advised that full breakfast was not covered. However as a goodwill gesture they offered full breakfast to us one day complimentary which was delicious. Continental was still really good but I would have preferred the full breakfast. This can be made clearer on the site to avoid confusion. Overall I would still use amoma again they were still very good.

Hotel was ok. Close to public Transport. Staff was attentive. No air conditioning although they did provide a fan without asking for it. The shower was small with a curtain that didn't fit end to end and was too long and piled up in the base.

Arrived at hotel straight from a cruise so room wasnt ready, which we expected. Receptionist upgraded the room for an extra DK100 per night which was worth it as it was on the top floor with great views. Breakfast was included which was excellent. No problems checking in or out so Amoma did a good job

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. My family N I booked a hotel with this company and due to horrible weather conditions in my state Florida I had to cancel. Now because I did not cancel by their policy time I can not get my money back. It is not my fault that the weather took a turn for the worse. So they are basically telling me because I did not cancel by their policy time, I have to put my family in danger and continue with my reservation or I do not get my money back. Who does that? Absolutley ridiculous. Will never be using this company again.

When your anniversary falls on a holiday weekend like Memorial weekend it's hard to find a place to stay. Luckily Amoma was there to save the day. I've never heard of them and was very skeptical. It was efficient. I was contacted with a discounted rate after doing just an enquiry. That was excellent service. I paid with an american express card and got charged more than the offer that was made. When I enquired, I was informed that it was due to me using an American Express card which has a higher charge. Please read the fine print. I did not. Still good value for money.

The A/C didn't work for 2 full days in the first room provided; the thermostat said that the filter required changing. As they didn't want to change the filter, I had to switch to another room on day 3 which had a working thermostat. The included breakfast, which was supposed to be available from 6:45-10:30am was typically not ready until 7:20am or so. If you came before that, they asked that you come back. The hotel is situated between Gare d'lEst and Republique. While the immediate area is fine, the areas west and north (toward Gare du Nord) are less than safe.
