I had an issue with a hotel I booked through Amoma and I originally left a one star review because of the whole experience. (Original Review Below)

The way that the customer service representative handled my issue and the way she followed up with me every step of the way restored my faith in Amoma.com. From check-n to check-out, our stay was wonderful. The rooms are nicely updated and comfortable and lack for nothing. The only thing we found to criticize was that the pillows were too soft - but that's just personal preference. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. And proximity to the outlet stores was amazing!

Nice and pleasant hotel just a short drive away from Downtown Seattle. A poor breakfast. Comfortable beds, clean room. An efficient receptionist who solved our problem quickly and replaced us with a smoking room in a non-smoking room.

Strange without reception desk
Pool was offered to neighbourouring hotel so was too crowded. No room to change in changing room as only space was were the door opened.
Staff in restaurant were trying to force me to pay 12.5 per cent service charge for a bowl of veg and 2 children's meals. Lots of adult customers were eating children's buffet and re filling plates and offering around their table. I mentioned to the staff and they turned a blind eye to it! No wander they wanted the servicd charge off me!
Telephoned repeatedly reception for an extra pillow with no response. Tried at least 5 times.
No wheat free options. Every hotel does this now so was very disappointed. Rooms were too small for 4 people also and certainly not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star.
Won't be staying again.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Prague and came across the best deal on Amoma. The deal was simple to book and, as it was such a good deal, we were dubious about what quality we would have. There was no need to worry, as our stay was exactly what we were looking for.

AMOMA truly does not even deserve one star. I found their service to be completely unreliable and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was filling out a reservation form and stopped midway and received a phone call from an AMOMA representative, which was a little sketch from the start but I went with it. The representative said if I booked immediately I'd receive a discount and guaranteed room with double bed; so I did. Without informing me and without my authorization, my 3 night reservation was split into 2 separate reservations; meaning I would check in for a night, check out the next morning and then check back in the next day/ switch rooms. SO INCONVENIENT and unacceptable as I had never agreed to such nonsense. I then spent two weeks going back and forth with their "customer service," which should not even be called customer service. They claimed not to have a supervisor/manager that I could speak to regarding their error. After hours and hours AMOMA finally agreed to resolve the problem and "assured" me that it would be resolved when I arrived to the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel, I was told by the front desk that my reservation was for only 1 night, and I would have to check out and check back in despite AMOMA's "assurances." AMOMA is TERRIBLE. I travel a lot and will never be booking through the site again. I would NOT recommend using this site at all.
