I loved the brunch breakfast - the best so far. Very well located. However, like many hotels in Africa, maintenance is a problem.

From the moment I booked I was helped and they gave me a lovely room. The staff were very helpful and kind.

I arrived at the hotel late at night, and was notify it got cancelled... I was not happy! Get to the site where I book my hotel, I start the chat (which I did not expect any live person will be there!). And surprise, surprise... they even get hold of me by calling me back to ask what kind of help they can give me. It got resolved in minutes. Great services, it is 5 star services.

The hotel was a bit confusing since there are two with almost the same names, one older than the other but either one would be great. Had a picture perfect room looking down at the main sites of the city. I would definitely stay there again customer service is excellent.

Chambre pas propore, pas de serviettes salle de bain sale, pomme de douche horrible qui fonctionne de travers, téléphone pour appeler la réception ne fonctionne pas et le top du top est que le service au petit déjeuner était médiocre... bref rapport qualité prix honteux!

I really enjoyed being at the Garden Court, it was very clean, lots of food, comfortable. The breakfast was great. The wifi was there as well.
