The site was easy to use with enough information to make a considered choice although I do expect all sites to be the same. The hotel was as described on the web page with no further taxes etc to be paid at the hotel. The hotel through this site was a lot cheaper than others

Hotel is beautiful, room was so spacious, staff were friendly, the bar stays open to 1am and the pool and spa is brilliant. Breakfast was very good. Cross the park and your in old town, very close to everything, perfect location. Would totally recommend to anyone, we will be back!

Quickly found room and booked, great! That's what I needed, then the fun began trying to find phone number to hotel to arrange shuttle from BWI airport. After multiple screens listed hotel name and address I finally copied address and resorted to Google. Very annoying and frustrating, but: did book room quickly and easily. Now, someone please add hotel phone numbers!

Completely satisfied with all areas of service and hotel. Only disappointment was in the hot breakfast items which were luke warm. Otherwise first rate.

Please book me in the same floor next time when I travel (Penthouse) at Pavillion hotel. I really loved the experience

Room 404 was just what I needed plus the balcony that has a view to the ocean, that was just great.

Not quite clear how much breakfast would be if paid for at the hotel and could have shown more photos of the spa and facilities

I found booking with AMOMA very quick & easy with the best price possible around. All paid upfront so check in on arrival was immediate. I had printed out my voucher but it was not needed as the hotel had all the necessary details, they just needed my name. To my surprise breakfast was also included in the deal which was excellent.

Smooth and seamless throughout the booking process and at the resort. Would book through Amoma again.

Check-in at hotel was very quick and room was as stated. Very satisfied.

Booked to stay at Amba Hotel Charing Cross. Excellent hotel and easy to book. Very straight forward and a great price for the hotel and it's location.

Got the room as described, save a couple hundred on a 3 night stay. Would use again. As other people have stated call the hotel to make sure the reservation has gone through good advice with any third party reservation company.

This hotel has great location. It's close to Walmart, several shops and restaurants including Applebee's.
The breakfast was good too & the staff were happy to do their job.
