Ordering is easy and got my part earlier then expected

Good. Fast shipping. They shipped the correct part. And it fits perfect.

Placed an order for a rouse cold air intake, first kit came faulty so I returned it, second box came in a week and a half later and I was a little too excited to place in my car only to realize the clean air tube was missing after I started putting the second order in my car (which the clean air tube was definitely in the first order). Called customer service and they opted to send out a third set of the product and then send back whatever I wasn't going to use. Another two weeks go by, get the third package and to my surprise the damn cold air tube was missing AGAIN! Damn near had a stroke bro. Called customer service again, they told me that part was never included in the package, which that doesn't make sense. Got transferred all over the damn place and was connected to John who was actually rather helpful. Opted to send the third package back (as I had no use for it) and kept the second order installed in my car (since it was already in there bolted on) and was told I was gonna receive the clean air tube and i was told they were going to try and overnight it. I received an email that they were to send it anytime between that day I called (4/6/23) or 4/17/23….so here I am on 4/14/34 asking for a damn refund after a month of shenanigans since there's yet to be anything shipped and was told that I would not have a guarantee that it would even ship by 4/17/23. All while receiving emails to take a picture of the parts installed on my car to show them off on the website, IM MISSING PARTS STOP SENDING ME THAT DAMN EMAIL. Anyways I ordered the part from rough directly. Done with this company for sure.(didn't have time to proofread so if there's spelling errors or my review doesn't make sense sorry, too busy having a damn stroke from the anger)

Easy to install - nuts are a little wonky to tighten - looks great!

Everything went well. I had no problems navigating the site. The piece shipping Box safety secured it. Once out I looked it over no damage. I highly recommend this item.

Experience good but could have been better. I bought my spoiler on a Thursday with Next Day Air for I believe $160 and it didn't arrive until Monday afternoon 4 days later which is same as normal shipping so I feel I paid too much for nothing. However I was pleased with the product.

Always simple, showed up in a very timely manner, perfect condition, correct orders. Solid folks

Horrible from first moment
Double charged my card Sent a chat and was told that was not true so sent a screen shot from my bank and rep disconnected the chat and added a $25 credit to my acct.

All products shipped except one and it has been sitting for over a week with just label created. I sent two messages with no response no shipping no refund nothing. Just horrible

Shopping on the American muscle website for my 2012 mustang convertible is average. Nothing really popped out or grabbed my attention or made me stop what I'm looking for and look at something else. The website is fine, looking for stuff that I need or want is great, items on hand is also great. The biggest issue that I've had is with shipping. I've ordered four things from American muscle two items never showed up. I let American muscle know, they reshipped it and I received it the following week, the second issue for me was the free three day shipping. According to my purchased order, it was promised to be here on a certain date and it was not yes the item showed up a two days later but that's not the point. If the promises made is three days, then the promises should be kept, regardless of who the shipper is. After all is said and done well I continue to shop with American muscle? Most definitely they will just have to put up with my complaining and I will just have to put up with their shenanigans.
