Everything I ordered arrived on time, with all hardware, and is of good quality, for a very reasonable price.
I bought them for a charger wasn't dark like they say i return them like the company says through fedex that they send the return labels to so they claim they haven't received them so they will not refund me because fedex didn't do what they had to correct i've contact american muscle 5 different times and got 5 different lies i wish i could give a minus review because they just lie i will never again deal with them

My only issue, many of the American Muscle products are simply over priced. For instance, my purchase today it's for a chin spoiler. A simple piece of molded plastic, 4 inches wide by 5 feet for nearly $350. Simply ridiculous. To that end, I have found many of the same products on Amazon, at half the price.
Nothing but praises! I've been an American Muscle customer for years, purchased quite a few parts. The ordering process is fast and easy. The website holds your saved items as one browse for additional items.
What could be improved upon with your overall processes…. Only send emails for items that are actually for my make and model. I seem to get a lot of parts showing up for the new S550 models, where the pictures aren't clear that they're for a different model/year. So once you browse these items, they're automatically a part of your next mailing.
I got a set of black lugnuts for 22 mustang gt and one of them wasn't threaded so i called them and had a whole new set on its way to me within an hour! Great customer service!

I have ordered many orders from here in a few days. I have a new car. Parts were wrong and I have to do tons of BS to get it returned. Charging me $25 for some returns. This place is not my style. I like to be appreciated when I spend lots of money and potentially much more in the future.
