Fast shipping and easy to follow instructions for install
This is the 2nd time I ordered the American muscle decal and they are so thin that when I installed the 1st one when I went thru the drive thru care wash half of it came off, I ordered the 2nd one and when I was putting it in it was ripping as I pealed the top part away, total junk to me.

Went online, then wanted to call the number given to speak with an "enthusiast". The guy answered. I then told him I wanted his opinion on a product I was going to purchase. (air Filter) He then simply hung up. Nice to have a job that you can work only when you feel like it.
The whole experience was great. From shopping online to my parts arriving on time. Everything was great!
My package got lost immediately after leaving your facility. Customer service fixed the lost item problem and got me a new one on my doorstep within 3 days.

I ordered the entire front break kit. Half of the kit arrived when it was supposed to, the other half is now 5 days late. Called to see if there was any reasonable explanation or remedy. I received no explanation and was offered a 10 dollar voucher... which I declined. The shop has been holding my car for a week now waiting for these parts...
