Received a defective part. Called to return it and was offered a compromise. The part is defective and cannot be used. They agreed to issue an RMA. FedEx picked up the package on 8/10. They stated that I will receive a confirmation of the refund once FedEx accepts the package. I did not. I called and the poorly trained representative said he, "can't make any promises." The poorly trained representative placed me on hold for what appears to be purposeful. Extremely poor service. Extremely poor quality. Extremely bad experience.

2019 Mustang GT in Magnetic Gray. Car looks great with the window vents. It's a 'must have' in the Texas heat even with windshield sun blockers to allow air circulation when parked.
I signed up for emails and texts under a promise of a 10% discount, which was not applied. Instead I was offered a company decal as a consolation substitute, which I promptly declined!. I needed the item I purchased, so I paid in full and received it expeditiously and without issues.
