Overall the customer service and shopping experience is GREAT with AM. My only complaint is the lack of knowledge with the Linkswell (Navos) T style radio. I have purchase alot of items and this was the only one they really couldn't help with and there is no technical help from Linkswell either. I will continue to purchase from AM.
With the exception of the cart feature acting a little buggy at times (adding items to you cart by viewing them sometimes, and others not allowing you to add items to your cart) I thoroughly enjoy browsing and buying from American Muscle.
Very fast and efficient shipping of products. The products were as expected with a few defects but that can be a factor when shopping online for car accessories.
So, I was really excited to order parts and start working on my Mustang. The website is easy to use. Good description and videos of most products. I ordered my parts, and they were coming in earlier than expected which was great. But then my suspension package showed up and was missing parts and it showed by both the Fed ex shipping and the packing slip that the main components did not get shipped to me. Contacted customer service and that was a decent experience, nothing bad. Only thing is I don't understand the response. It was very clear I did not recieve the Rear Shocks and front Strut towers and the only thing I can do is send it back. They could not send me them even knowing
I DIDNT receive them because they never shipped them. I checked the website and it still showed in stock on the product, but again I don't quite understand their thinking. Thats why 3 stars instead of 5.
Googled Mustang spare tire kit and found your ad for the above item. Called American Muscle and was told that the item was not available for older (2015) Mustangs. I then googled the item again and found your ad again, and placed an order over the internet. The item was received shortly thereafter. The shipping box had come apart, but there was no damage to the contents. The item was as described, and was exactly what I needed. Except for the not very helpful instructions contained in the kit, I am well pleased with the product. Thank you.
Arrived the next day and took my 40 minutes to install. Easy install and perfect fit. Can't detect a significant HP difference but seems to breathe better with better throttle response and enhanced exhaust crackle and pop sounds. Very happy with the product and highly recommend for the price. A solid value.
Yall have ever thing I need for my car and good prices would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to mod there car!

Quick and easy to order and the person was professional and well informed.
Order came in quick great!. Product is in great condition they did a great job putting the order together I received it safe and sound the only thing is the counter balance that I had to get rebalanced to reduce vibration but other than that simple fix everything was fine.
