Ordered a one piece rear floor mat, received a different two piece product, and one of those pieces is warped and not even usable, even if I did decide to forego the PITA of returning this huge box. Online return process requires 4 photographs, but logs out when you try to take the photos, and then makes you go through the whole process again. Said that a return label was sent to my email. It wasn't. Now what?

The shipping information on the website is totally false. It states items ship in 1 to 3 days, however that is not the case. I only received 2 tires after ordering 4 at the beginning of last week. I have just ordered some items that they now say will be here on the 15th. They were ordered on the 1st.

I have placed several orders with American Muscle since I bought my first GT in October of 2024 (2013 coupe)and have not experienced any problems or surprises. The parts I have ordered have all been just as described and arrived with no damage, all been packaged well. I had a problem with a tuner that had nothing to do with American Muscle, I called the tuner tech support and was recommended an update that didn't work, BUT it was replaced with no problems and they sent out a new unit the same day as my phone call. I have searched pricing on all of the parts I buy and contact information for the seller. American Muscle has been very competitive on pricing (not always the least expensive), but they have all of their contact information on their website including their address and they answer their phone. That is a must for me to buy new parts.
