Ordered three pieces for my '99 Mustang and they haven't shown up after a week.Tracking indicated they were never picked up by UPS even though a delivery date did show up on a later search. It obviously wasn't delivered. A 'lost' replacement order was to be issued last week to be sent immediately. As of now haven't seen it either. Going on three weeks. I can't track the replacement order as no tracking info was provided or sent. I've never experienced this before on any previous orders.

Ordered three pieces for my Mustang of April 6th/24. Expecting them in 5-6 days however tracking info indicated they weren't picked up by UPS. Also tracking then indicated they would be delivered on Tue, Apr.16 but they didn't show. Called customer line and nice lady agreed something was wrong and she would arrange reshipping of the order. Haven't heard anything yet and have no way of checking status as no update info was supplied. I'm getting frustrated as we are going into the third week and I don't know when the items will arrive.

Purchased a clutch kit for a Ford Mustang, what arrived was previously returned items, nothing for my car, just the cardboard box was correct. Also a flywheel for a Nissan 350Z, problem was I live in Australia due to additional flywheel cost of freight nearly doubled.
Manager never return my calls, they want broken items returned for refund, problem is freight $450 USD as much as the item so no come back. Absolute disgrace, there mistake by some stupid packer has cost me $450 USD for garbage parts and $450 freight, will never buy from this company again. CJPony one of a few who will get my custom..

Made a ordered that qualified for free shipping and two day delivery. After two days looked up order and hadn't been shipped. Call wanted two/ three days to figure out issue. Ask for refund and was told still have to wait the same amount of time. Seems to me company just makes promises to get you on the hook. Then your stuck waiting for your parts. When could have went somewhere else and received what you needed. Beware of this. I will not order anything from American Muscle again.

The ordering process was pretty straightforward. I ordered two flowmaster super 10s. They came very well packed and exactly as advertised. I will be ordering more from American Muscle in the future.
Got an exhaust for my car and shipping said it was going to be arriving Thursday, but really it arrived Tuesday till two days early and I didn't have to pay for that shipping option. It was the free shipping fantastic
