I ordered a set of fluid caps for my 2013 Mustang 5.0 GT CS and my finance company sent the payment to you but you said that the payment made wasn't correct. So I contacted you people to find out what the problem was and I also contacted the finance company and they said they sent you what they were quoted. I didn't want to draw this out so I said just cancel the order.

I got transferred blindly 4 times in a row during a single chat, until I was begging to not be transferred again. All I wanted to do was to order and use my credits that I had never received. An hour later I was able to put an order in... for something that should have been 2-5 minutes. I have been a customer with AM for years and today will be the last time I order here. Amazon and CJ pony will be by new source. Every time I need to contact AM is such a hassle and a headache. It is pretty sad since I order stuff for my F150 and Mustang. Love the website but just tired of dealing with this every time.

I have just placed my order for 2 rear springs. Today is Friday 9/12 11:52 am and delivery is monday 9/15 so I will be back to give my final review.
I ordered a tailgate spoiler for my f150, street scene.
It was lost, resent this and that, then what showed up wasn't a spoiler in any way, shape or form!
I was hassled trying to return it, i was trying to get it done before leaving out of town for work. I didn't want store credit, i was wanting a refund.
It didn't get done in time, went out of town and i can't return it now.
They did accept the return after a few days and sent a label but by now its all negated. I wasn't home to handle it, back to a FedEx facility.
Now i have a $125 4 foot box with a pice of flexible plastic it i can do nothing with.

I reached out to customer service the day prior to delivery because my tracking information was never updated. They stated the package was lost and they would send a replacement. I asked for the expedited shipping cost to be refunded. They agreed.Not only was my package delivered a day late, I still paid the $35 for expedited shipping.

I called and talked to Mike L. About fitment for exhaust on my 2004 Mustang GT. His professionalism and knowledge were off the chart. He even contacted some from the product line to verify my fitment questions and then called me back. Put everything in the cart for me and I made the purchase the next day. I recently sought a part and information on the promotional points process. Dan B. Was my service tech and took the time to explain the process and research the part for me. We were able to find the correct part and itiate the transaction with my points being applied. I maintain loyalty by purchasing all my Challenger upgrades from American Muscle. Which I have done since purchasing my ride, two years ago. I have always received the best deals and customer service whether online or by phone has been top notch and something to be proud of and another good reason to keep going back for more. Over the last two years I have probably dealt with most of your staff and applaud all of them. Dan B did leave a good impression on me. I was only making an inquiry today and next thing I knew, I had just purchased a part I was only thinking about. Everyone deserves a pat on the back to know they are valued and recognized and I hope you give that to Dan B for going above and beyond to deliver great service today.
Placed order on August 23rd. Received order on September 10th. Almost a full 3 weeks since paying for order. Checked everyday for status of order and only said "Order Processing" up until the day I received it. Never erected any type of communication about a shipping number, shipping company, or when to expect it. Said it would be mailed in 5-6 business days after order which would have been by 29th August. During that time ( I have counted these) I received more than 20 emails asking for a review or asking me to purchase more items. Will not order from therm again.

I'm sorry that your order took longer to process than normal. I located your order, and it was a direct ship, meaning that it shipped directly from the supplier to you. These items can have a longer processing time than items shipping directly from our in-house fulfillment centers. They are advertised as in stock, and normally the 'get it by' date is when they are expected to ship. It looks like yours was shipped out on the 8th and then delivered on the 10th. As far as the marketing emails go, I understand they can be overwhelming, and you are more than welcome to unsubscribe from them by clicking the link at the bottom. We do have a customer portal you can use, which is orders.americanmuscle.com, where you can find tracking, estimated ship dates, and much more!
