Products are great, decent priced even for the house brand stuff. Shipping was fast, in the day of Amazon we are all spoiled by over night or 2 day shipping. But American Muscle is on par with Amazon. No issues, everything fit as expected.
My product went on perfectly no struggles and it looks amazing!
The instructions were a little vague based on my particular year and model but...nothing you can't figure out. The reason for 4 stars is...they don't mention that the filter is soooo oily that no matter what you do it slips off the connector. A search only was easy enough...clean the connecting part of the filter with alcohol and rough-up the two connecting surfaces with sandpaper, (I also sprayed a little hairspray on the connector and the connecting part of the filter...so far, the dang thing has stayed on.
Now for the good...the car sounds the same idling but whoa...when you get on it...a much deeper sound and the acceleration seems quicker as well...the CAI was easily worth the cost.
I bought after market axle-back mufflers was very happy with the service and very happy when I called the manufacturer to ask specific questions. I will use American Muscle for any of my 2013 Mustang GT /CS conv needs.

My package arrived very quick as I a couple state from their shipping point. My packaged arrived on time and arrived in about 2 days and.
I noticed several times when I called for part info the American Muscle rep was less than professional, argumentative and short tempered.
First a received the wrong part. Then, a supervisor tells me he'd overnight another part. Then, days later I was told my part was lost. Then, they say they're overnight me another part. I've yet to receive my ordered part. I've been without transportation due to the impompetence of this company. I honestly think they are hiring cheap labor with less than a high school degree.

Ordered a ring and pinion. It was pre used but was suppose to be in excellent condition. They were packaged terrible and in box loosely. Just had brown paper over the top of them. Pinion gear was chipped off the edges on a couple of spots. Contacted am. They gave me 10.00 credit For my trouble. I spent more then that in tape and gas taking them to FedEx to ship back. I won't be using that 10.00 credit and I'll use any other company before I use american muscle ever again.
I can look at this bumper kit and can tell off the rip its not gonna fit, hope yall give refunds….

I ordered a 6-gage instrument cluster in April 2023 for $404. It is now June 27 2024 and still do not have it. They have now decided to cancel the order and tell me to try to order it again at $899. I have called several times in the past year and every time I have, they told me that it would be shipping in a few weeks. The website says it's in stock, the sales team says it's in stock, but service tells me it's not. It is the same part number.
The purchase process was smooth. The part came in on time and fit my 04 mustang perfectly
