Amazon Prime

I'm not sure why it's so difficult to deliver package to someone. Put the package by the front door UNDER the portico. NOT sticking out where it can get SOAKED if it rains. Clearly, their delivery people either don't care, or they just aren't smart enough to do it properly!

For years I had a charge on my checking account for Amazon prime but never received the benefits of free or reduced shipping and, in fact, it never showed up as an Amazon Prime purchase at all until I finally by chance, had the card I was using on Amazon replaced with a newer card and they no longer had authorization to charge it and contacted me. It was coming up as a 3rd party charge with no phone #. Once I found out, I canceled Prime and they returned my last month payment. I still receive e-mails saying, " they tried to charge my account but the card I used was no longer active". I know, I cancelled it and will never get it again. It wasn't until I cancelled it that the charges showed up as Amazon Prime. I even asked my bank to look into it and they said" With only a 3rd party charge and no phone # there was nothing they could do.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Amazon Prime. I literally do all of my Christmas shopping there; I buy all of my vitamins there; all kids birthday gifts for my daughter's friends; I buy all of my household items there; all of my business items; this website is a blessing! And when I purchase these items with Prime, all of the shipping is FREE! With all of these purchases throughout the year, that alone saves me thousands of dollars a year! Love Amazon Prime!

Sorry all, but what a waste of money. There is no fast delivery, Walmart, Chewy, Craft outlet were all ordered AFTER THE ORDER LAST WEEKEND WITH AMAZON (and yes the items were eligible for prime) and ALL ARRIVED WAY AHEAD OF AMAZON, which arrived yesterday. The email annoyed me so I thought I would write this review. How is everyone else able to deliver in One to Two days and Amazon is still touting shipping problems? Come on folks. They are enjoying everyone paying for something you are NOT GETTING, but everyone is lining their pockets.

I order an item & have not yet received anything! There was no communication no notices no emails whatsoever. I spoke with management Amey expressing this & requested refund. My order was suppose to be delivered November 2nd & she says I have to wait until November 16th & I couldnt request a refund. The fact that Amazon Prime advertises a service & does not fulfill what it says is absolutely false & should be removed! The fact there was no communication from anyone is absolutely ridiculous & disappointing to say the least. To be so highly recommended advertising services you cannot fulfill is a contradiction & false. I have canceled my subscription

I see complaints for my problem on line delivery problems and accounting issues for the last 2 weeks since 2019., and when you call Amazon issues they either hang up or do not know what they are doing. Both times I finally ask for a supervisor and finally got things 1 issue resolved waiting on second issue. Another problem is lack of English and understanding their job.

Problems are related to English and not understanding the process and if they don't know the process they hang up... Amazon does not want to hear about these problems. Poor quality customer service. They send you a link and let you know they will not deal with the responsibilty of 3rd party. In the long run Amazon losses respect and $.

Always satisfied with Amazon services, boughts tons of producs there but the Amazon Prime services are somewhat a disappointement. Sometimes products are not delivered on time and most of all Amazon Videos catalogue is not I was expecting. Compared to Netflix there is not much to watch when it comes to new series. I might actually resign in the future.

I've been buying stuff from Amazon prime never gets here when they say and you pay for prime it's supposed to be quick. I bought some sandals for the Bahamas, so I went to the Bahamas for two weeks come back. The sandals are not still here and we can a half longer they say I have to wait, so it will be a month waiting for the sandals, so I'm canceling Amazon prime. It is totally not worth it every since Covid you do not get what they promise you it is not a quick delivery ever, so disappointed in unsatisfied with Amazon I would give them a zero rating if I could

I've ordered many items over the years on Amazon Prime. Never returned anything until recently. I paid the UPS store to package it "professionally" to guarantee my refund. I also included several mop heads that I actually forgot to include in the requested refund.(Item was a steam cleaner). I received a partial refund on my debit card which was used for the purchase. Called Amazon and after several calls and hours, a supervisor that sounded frustrated, said I would get my final refund. Waited all week- called yesterday only to find out that the refund was put on a different card. WHY WOULD THEY REFUND A CARD THAT WAS NOT USED FOR THE PURCHASE? I've used multiple cards over the years including a couple of cards that were my fathers for his orders, he is elderly and I order for him. Amazon claims that the card was a secondary form of payment which is a lie because first of all- I would never do that- most likely- would not even know how to do that. NEXT- Amazon employee told me today that sometimes they search for other cards you have used for payments/refunds. Absurd. What company gives refunds/ takes payments from a card that was not used for purchase? This made me so uncomfortable that I cancelled my Prime membership, no telling what they will do.

So i signed up for amazon prime trial and decided i don't need it. Tried to end it before it renew and for some reason couldn't do it because i wasn't a prime member. Next thing i see - they charged my card for memebership! I contacted them and asked for a refund and they sorted it out immediately without any hassle. So yeah, got my money back and i am really satisfied with their quick problem solving. Thank yhou Amazon, you know I'll come back.

I've shopped on Amazon for years, I bought the Prime option last year, and will continue to buy it each year. It pays itself off simply with the Priority Mail costs. Adding the icing of the free movie and t. V. Series streaming (yes they have other T. V. Series, but the option of getting the series created by Amazon, Outstanding! I'm already hooked on one of theirs.). Plus the kindle freebies, like getting one free book a month that is an early release?! For book addicts who HATE waiting for 'that' book you want now not next month when it's due to be released just a tad early, major bonus. However, don't count on finding one you are waiting for to be on the list, each month. They do give you a very small selection to choose from. I read many genres so I don't have an issue with finding a book that looks enticing off their list, some do, which is understandable. But every now again I do find my self lucky and get a book that I knew was coming out and planned on buying it, so I won't complain. Lol.

Amazon Prime is really worth the yearly fee, again IF you are a regular at Amazon, or if you spend more than $50 on shipping with them each year. Ye
