I have shopped at Amazon since I can remember online shopping at all. I've always had good experiences, the customer service is good, though difficult to speak with on the phone (they try to avoid phone customer service).
Shipping is often free, though there are sellers on there that charge extra for shipping... it depends on the product.
Recently I noticed that return shipping is being charged, if you just "didn't like it"... if it is in any way their mistake, they pay for return shipping.
Not bad!

Always spot-on. They have sooo much to offer, and much with free shipping. Extremely fast shipping as items come from a warehouse close to you. No sales tax in CA, either. :)

Who doesn't love Amazon.com? They have almost every product on the entire earth and ship very fast. The business intelligence feature of the site provides you with additional products you may be interested in or what other people have purchased.

I bought a digital video camera and paired it with the perfect tripod for cheap! I read online that the Amazon.com profit margin is somewhere between 1.5 - 3% on each item that they sell. This is how they are able to offer such low prices on everything.

Big time amazon fan and a prime member. Highly recommend the site to purchase almost anything you need.

You can find some really good, legal finds for entertainment dvds on Amazon. Buying used is sometimes a great option that can save you a ton of dough. At least it is legal, reliable and easy to find!

Extremely RUDE & DISHONEST, website said the camera was in stock, it was not. 6/1/10 I called to cancel & the guy hung up on me, so I sent an e-mail to cancel the order. 6/11/10 I noticed my credit card had been billed even though I had cancelled my order 6/1, e-mailed them again. 6/14/10 Called the credit card company & they called PRIMO / US1PHOTO with me on the phone as well, the guy said they would reverse the charges within 24-48 hours. 6/28/10 Called the credit card company again as the charges still had not been reversed. Will never use them - AWFUL!

I have bought a lot of books from Amazon. Good think about them is that you can then turn around and sell the book when you are done. I actually made a few dollars. Better then DISCOUNT BOOK SALE (http://www.discountbooksale.com/) - stay away from them!

Nothing like unlocked cell phones so you can stay and not break that damn contract with your phone company just to get the phone you really want. Their unlocked phones work well with verizon in NYC at least so I am putting a good vote in for the websites. The price was fairly cheap too.

These guys are the WORSE shopping experience I have ever had. We had to cancel our credit card and file a dispute. They called us after a couple of days to try to cross sell accessories at 2-3 times the actual price. They never give you order number or a tracking number and simply LIE thorugh their teeth. Anyone who has been swindeled by these guys they are registered to a Wesnick Inc. in Albany, NY. Awful, just awful

Awful, just awful. I ordered my camera only to have somebody call back and tell my wife that the order had been canceled because they didn't accept Amex (which their website says it does). So we spent a half-hour on the phone waiting for a rep to change the credit card only to have them tell us "that camera isn't available." This is a common Canon Rebel T2i that is listed on their site as "in stock";.

This is a slimy operation. Avoid them like the plague that they are.
