I use the "Subscribe & Save" program monthly for various items. I like the program but you really have to keep an eye on your subscribe & save account, some items aren't available/can't get, etc. close to your shipping date. What I do now is start checking my acct. Around the 20th of each month to make sure everything I've ordered is actually available. Other than that, it's a good program to save $$$

And, with Prime you can "borrow" many different books for free on the Kindle reader so you don't have to buy them.

We purchased a NEW Wii drum set (aftermarket) for our son for Christmas of 2012 from this company on their Ebay store. After the drum set had been used a handful of times, the green drum (the control basically) stopped working. We have tried numerous times to contact the company through Ebay, and directly through email, facebook, website, and their phone number. We have yet to receive a response and we are almost to Christmas of 2013. I live in MN and am willing to drive to their location, do not expect a free exchange (unless the set is deemed to have stopped working due to manufacturer error,) and have told them this. Stay away! Too much of a hassle and terrible customer service. The price you will save buying their products will not be worth it! Buy quality products from a company that will back them!

Great! Been using them for years. Never failed to get what I ordered and most are of good to excellent quality. Can also find many hard to find items. Shipping is usually quick. I have found that the best quality items seem to ship slower. Don't know if this makes a difference. Totally recommend!

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
