I ordered a set of Argan Hair Growth shampoo & conditioner. 1st order was WRONG, re-order 2nd & 3rd time and again it was WRONG. Didn't send me the correct Shampoo and it was open.
I ordered a bed frame last week on amazon, and the seller was also amazon. My item was said to have shipped and would arrive the following Monday. Monday came and my package did not. I contacted customer service the next day because, now it was saying that the shipment was delayed. This went on for 2 days and each time I called they said it would ship out the following day. By Wednesday end of day my package was still delayed, and this time when I called, they couldn't even locate it! So I wanted the order cancelled because I needed the frame by a certain day, and now I just need to order a new one. They wouldn't let me cancel the order. I was on hold for 30ish minutes, the guy on the phone was really nice, but in the end still told me that it would take a few days to process the cancellation and the bed may ship before it's cancelled, which would mean I'd be charged for it. Well it did ship before the cancellation was process, but this time I was able to cancel it on my own. This review is partly for that, but I wouldn't be writing this if this next bit didn't happen.
So I wrote a review on the experience I had with trying to get the frame, and it got denied. I'm assuming the reason is because it's not technically a review for the bed frame itself, however the experience I had trying to attain the frame is worth sharing. So since they wouldn't let me post it there, here it is.
Even though this experience with the frame is 1 star, they still get 3 stars based on my previous experiences and the last guy that helped me. I received credit (only valid for amazon sold products) and my conversation with him was probably the most pleasant customer service experience I've ever had. His name is Jaime.
I had received a gift card for amazon. So on Aug 23 I ordered some running shoes from Amazon. I put in my new mailing address, as my old address was on file in my amazon account. I paid the seller $125.15 for the shoes. I never received them. I contacted amazon on Sept *******@9am, I spoke to Mahmood an amazon representative, he was not helpful, asked for a manager was transferred to Jane, who said they would contact the seller and get back to me. I heard nothing back at all. On Sept 5 I contacted Amazon again, spoke to Raphael. I have never had a problem with Amazon I've always got my items and if I did have a problem they handle it very smoothlyI love amazon.com
The shipping is great and their return policy is equaly great i got a fragile item it came broken and they replaced it so fast, thank you/.
I go to Amazon first for everything. There isn't anything that I have looked for and not been able to buy there. Usually comes really guick too.
They are one of the best companies to deal with never had any trouble with them at all. I have dealing with them for at least 7yrs
I regret giving all my business to Amazon, in the last 6 months I will place orders and will receive them late, some of the orders like Slow masticating juicer and will receive open box used item in a plastic bag and the filling plastic cups are broken!
Lately when you call to complain customer service is overseas and hardly knowing what to do, when asked to be transferred to a USA customer service they will keep you on hold, few weeks ago I called regarding over charge on an item like double the price for cat litter, didn't know it's a third party, she changed me $43 instead of $22, they didn't want to get involved as it's a third party so I wrote a review of everything that happened to find out AMAZON customer service blocks my review and I AM NOT ABLE TO WRITE REVIEWS ANYMORE... In all my years shopping at Amazon all my reviews are positive and if I wasn't happy with a product I made sure not to buy from that vendor...
Now the new thing on Amazon is showing you it's a discounted price and I know this is fake as I check all prices...
Not to mention all the fake reviews five stars...
For me Amazon is getting out of control...
I admit I have strayed from the herd and tried to get deals from some Chinese companies, Aliexpress and DHGate. Lured by very low prices, well it is all a mirage, I am back shopping with Amazon.com, where you may experience some small problems that are legitimate and annoying but you really appreciate how small they are after you have been robbed by the Chinese versions of Amazon who advertize such low prices. How do they do it? Well they either never have any intention of shipping anything to you in the first place, that cuts down on over head and significantly improves their profit margin. Or if they do ship something it is absolute garbage, this cost them nothing but postage and helps take some stress off China's already overburdened garbage facilities also referred to as factories Then their already a joke of customer service completely disappears.
Unlike over 99 percent of Aliexpresses and DHGates client base who have never been to China I have, A couple of years ago I spent two months there in the cesspool they like to call China, where the quality of the air is slightly better than the quality of what they produce and the air today in Beijing was Chunky style! What was I thinking? That in two years a country in the world with the worst quality control has all of a sudden in 2 years straightened all their problems out?
So I appreciate Amazon.com again this is partly review of the service excellence we have gotten spoiled by and come to expect over the years but the majority of it is just trashing the Chinese upstarts that have tried but failed to mimic what Amazon does.
BTW I am a Canadian shopper but we tend to use Amazon.com for the better selection and much better prices and shipping so quick! How do they do it? Sometimes if I purchase something on Amazon.ca and I know that the Canadian Postal System is going to get it's grubby little paws on it I just go ahead and put it in my will, I know although i am still young I will never see it so I hope a niece or a nephew might enjoy it someday it would be nice if Amazon.com sent a team to Amazon.ca and showed them just a little, not everything, but just a little of how online shopping and shipping works... please.

Compare to other stores, the products on amazon are kind of expensive. But products are good. Serivce is wonderful.
I need to stick to Amazon for online shopping, other sites aren't reliable and Amazon is great with shipping.
I have never had a bad experience with amazon. If I have to return something I can do just that with no hassel. Products come in a good time period.
Amazon always provide best product, and also give some best campaign especially in electonic campaign for laptop, computer, etc.
I have purchased a laptop HP PAVILLION 2008AX (order no **************120) COSTING Rs *******/- through amazon (seller - appario retail Pvt Ltd) on 09-12-2021, on 11-12-2021 it was delivered, when I opened the laptop it started but screen was totally blank and same day I called amazon service regarding the same they told me that they will send replacement, on 13-12-2021 replacement came but delivery person refuses to handover to us by saying that some verification is pending by amazon and then again I called their customer service they told me it will be delivered to you on same day and then in evening I got status that it is cancelled and I again called their customer service who now told me that a return has been initiated for you on 16-12-2021, which also next day got automatically cancelled then I again called their customer service now they told me they are filling up some form for me which will definitely schedule my pick up on 17-12-2021, and in any case it is not happened you just call us we will initiate the advance refund, Now I again contacted their customer care and they again give me a day 18-12-2021.ther are now just playing their fraud game, whenever I called them they give me a day. They just taken my hard earned money and they are now giving me full time mental harassment

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
